They have hot food , but didn't try it , maybe next trip .
And the staff is very friendly and helpful .

My family will go out of our way 10 out of 10 times if we want good ice cream or the best eggnog on Earth. Love the staff, love the little country store, and you simply can't beat their dairy products. If you want a rich tasting product in a nice glass bottle, go to Hartzler's. You'll be supporting a great family and getting delicious dairy products along the way.

Great local ice cream with rich ice-cream that is just amazing. My wife just said amazing when I was telling her I was reviewing it. Both have the same opinion that it is amazing ice cream. When we come in from NC and are in the Wooster area we make it a point to stop for dessert.

I lover visiting Hartzler Dairy. Have you had their ice-cream yet? Their chocolate milk? If you haven't, you need to stop by and make sure you change that. I find Heifer Trails and Hot Mud to be my favorite ice-creams... And, like I said, that chocolate milk is fantastic! Stop by! Highly recommend.

This is by far the best eggnog I’ve ever had in my entire life (and that’s a long time). It’s a complete disappointment when one can’t find Hartzler and are forced to purchase a lesser quality eggnog. Find you some Hartzler eggnog, you won’t be disappointed.

You gotta go here. The ice cream was delicious the staff was super friendly. They seem to carry the while line of there products there also. Definitely worth the trip.

I love Hartzlers, and not just for their AMAZING ice cream! They really care about how your food is made, and everyone is very kind, not to mention helpful! Truly the BEST ice cream experience you can find.

Hartzler ice cream is the best ice cream I've ever had, hands down. When family visits from out of town this is a mandatory stop. We love taking our kiddo when the weather is nice because they have a little playground too.

DELICIOUS, the best ice cream within a 5 county radius, the most amazing flavors me and my friends have gotten so far are Coconut Chocolate fudge and Heffer trails, once you order you can walk outside and sit under a picnic bench in the shade, kids hyped up on ice cream now? Let them go play on the playground right next to the building
