Arabica Coffee House

Love this place, it's our usual Saturday morning date. Get the bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel..with your favorite drink. it's amazing.

Like the baked goods and friendly staff, but the coffee, kept in thermal containers isn't served hot. I wish I could say that everything is great because I like the people working so much. It's not a decision made by the lovely people behind the counter to serve coffee that is hours old. Many places do the same thing and it often is a policy that needs to be changed. Check the temperature of the beverages numerous times throughout the day and toss out whatever has gone cold or chill it for use in iced drinks. Tonight was third time I have thrown out my coffee due to the temperature. I never want to return to the store to complain, it's inconvenient. But I have to say that I never have gotten cold coffee at McDonald's and it is less than half the price. I really want to support local businesses but I have thrown out almost $10 on the last month. I recently got a really nice Contigo mug as a gift and will start to brew at home whenever possible.

Love Arabica. Best mochas in Cleveland area. Most Arabica's,are gone but this one shines. Very friendly and helpful staff as well.

What a nice experience. Coffee is awesome, and the cafe itself is authentic and peaceful. Bring your computer, or bring your friend to discuss latest news, it's very cozy. Will come again for their wraps.

Coffee is great and always piping hot. Their freshly baked sugar-iced cookies are fun and delicious, and other baked goods are lovely. Atmosphere leaves sometime to be desired, when compared with another coffee shop down the street which has more windows, boardgames, and better lighting.

They should change the name. This is a sad way to see the Arabica name go. The coffee is really bad and the espresso drinks simply don’t impress. This place kind of reminds me of a subway. Pretending it’s high quality while peddling some of the most vile trash available. I loved Arabica but it just really sucks now unfortunately. But I guess the bar is pretty low now a days.

I've always been an Arabica fan through and through, so I enjoy their customer service from friendly staff, and all their choices of foods and drinks. High quality items, and the employees definitely work to make sure each customer gets above and beyond service. There's a reason why they have so many regulars.

Good quality beverages. However, they ALWAYS short people on change. They shorted me twice, and my colleague once. My colleague then contacted the owner informing them of continuous error for making change when we both work in the mall. Ensure you double and triple count your change. Not sure what the outcome was but that is my only concern. Therefore, I will give an extra star to make four stars.
