Arabica Coffee House

Was just passing through Willoughby on our way home. Had a craving for a good cup of coffee and Google found the Arabica Coffee House. What a great little place! A good selection of coffee drinks and bakery goods. I think they even had some ice cream. That all being said, the thing I enjoyed most was the friendly service. The staff was very inviting. I will definitely make a point when traveling by Willoughby, I will make a point to visit this coffee house again.

Very cozy. Modern design with a younger generation influence. Would go every morning if possible.

Just an Iowan girl looking for some good coffee- this place has it! I bought a couple of pounds of whole bean coffee- roasted locally & recommended by the owner. He personally took the time to describe the different choices and flavor profiles.
For a beverage I enjoy more coffee than syrup and he recommended the Cuban. Got a large with oat milk and it came with 4 shots which will help me stay awake on the road… The Cuban is where it’s at- Raw sugar and cinnamon pulled with the shots of espresso balances so nicely and was exactly what I needed- Yes please!
When I come back to this part of the country I’ll be stopping in most definitely. Super friendly & great customer service. Thanks for the recommendations! 🥰

Very dirty place! Huge spider web right when u walk in. Staff was extremely rude.

5 stars. The owner is chill, makes face, and the employees follow suit. Fantastic rice crispies and muffins served here. Try their Iced Cuban Latte sometime too!

It was my first time in today and I was greeted by the most friendly barista. I was very happy with how quickly I was helped and how great everything tasted (the Russian tea cake was so sweet and crumbly). I got a specialty drink (Sweet bee latte) and it was well balanced, smooth and flavorful. Would totally recommend, they are deserving of the "Best of Cleveland" award they've won.

Wife and I visited from out of town and decided to give the place a try. We were greeted by Nick, who was friendly and very helpful. My wife got the best dirty chai latte she ever had and my Cuban latte was incredible. We also got a chicken salad sandwich with potato salad and it was some of the best food I have eaten in a long time. If you are in the area you have to stop here. I would give 6 stars, but Google won't let me.

Great coffee, breakfast sandwiches, and cookies. Clean, nice seating, friendly service. Music is calm and not too loud. Seemingly a one man show so service a bit on the longer side during rush hours but very nice environment.

Everyone.. you NEED to go here! I visited Cleveland for the first time and my friend highly suggested this shop. They were EXTREMELY friendly and their coffee was fantastic. If I visit again, I will make sure to drive up to Willoughby just for the amazing customer service and coffee ❤️

I always have an odd request to add real (like jif) peanut butter to my mochas. Typically the coffee shops shoot me down, but I have to give this place props as they turned it out (and actually tried)! The guy didn't seem to have ever made a drink with PB, but he definitely tried and succeeded. I would definitely get this drink again and definitely will be back. Love the effort and enthusiasm for trying to create!
