Tim Hortons

Two weeks ago I came through the sign days $.99 for a doughnut i get up to the windows to pay she says $3.33 for 1 Boston cream . I said what I don't pay that for 2 with a sr. Discount . she says oh well. So I told her to keep it. Today I go through again order 2 Boston cream she says $2.89 I said I get the Sr. Discount. The sign says $.99 she said $2.14 I said the sign says $.99 each sane said oh well. Your sign do no correspond with your pricing and you have very poor customer service. By the way you need to clean up out side the sametwo cups have been inthe bushes for at least two weeks

Coffee taste good. The problem is it is NEVER HOT!! You can drink it like milk. Coffee goes cold fast 😢 will not get much of our business. The cup says HOT BE CAREFUL 😂 IT HAS NEVER BEEN HOT, just mild warm. Oh well just my opion.

Really disappointed in this Tim Hortons inside theres alot of flies, people mainly cater the drive thru , all they need is a good manager to delegate....going thru the drive thru is faster but I tried to order the 2 for $4 biscuits/egg sandwiches and was told breakfast is over WHAT! than why are you handing me a coffee is breakfast is over ...geez franchises ruin a quality company name by cutting corners ....

I normally love Tim Hortons. However, this is by far the worst location in America. Trust me I travel for a living so I've been to a few and do not even waste your time going here. They are always out of whatever I order.

DO NOT ASK FOR WATER FROM HERE.
Even the manger watched the girl do this.
They use the SINK water for the water you order, the sink is disgusting and has no maintenance on it, thats why I watch every persons movement if I'm in open view of them. People get poison by non filtered water like that. DISGUSTING!!

The worst service in Washington Court House, always out of menu items. It is a doughnut shop and they're out of them. Also, ordered a cream cheese bagel and if I was lucky it had 1/4 of an ounce of cream cheese. No standards, different every time you go there. No plans to visit this store in the near future.

Terrible. Sat at the wrong register for 5 mins while 5 employees just ignored me. They were using a different register and running through everyone that came in after me. They looked at me many times but never had the decency to tell me to go to the other one. Last time i go there and ill tell the hundreds of people i work with...which is the hospital. Thats thousands of coffees

First time at a Horton's. They were out of pretzel bagels so I missed out on that, but subbing a regular bagel was fine, it was still a good sandwich. The service was great!

English muffin wasn't toasted, girlfriend ordered hashbrown sticks and was told they didn't have any cooked. No explanation as to why they couldn't cook her more. Service was slow, and she kept stopping in the middle of our order to talk to a Co-worker. Was only my second visit, will probably be the last.
