Love this place! Service was great! Thinking that my bagel just didn't cook right or they're stuffed š¤ š šš½āāļøš¤¦š½āāļø

Very poor service. Our food was cold, one biscuit was raw. The coffee tasted old. Worst Tim Horton's we have ever had. It was only 9:30 AM. We won't be back to the Washington CH house location.

This was one of the WORST experiences Iāve had in any fast food restaurant. Iāve been to Tim Hortonās in Canada and in various parts of the USA and always have a family-friendly, clean welcoming experience. Itās always personal and great.
Today, I convinced my boyfriend to drive 15 minutes out of our way driving from Chicago to Fayetteville, NC to try it and Iām so embarrassed. Iāll never take him to a Tim Hortonās again.
First, we order a pretzel turkey bacon grilled bagel, a bacon snack wrap, a donut, a coffee, and a water. It took 15 minutes to get our food - why? Well first the manager rigged the cash register drawer to fall out when servicing the customer behind us. So we had to wait for the employees to pick up ALL the cash and coins that fell out.
I went outside to walk our dog and witnessed TWO different employees throw their cigarette butts on the ground - not in the disposal by the door just on the ground. The entire property was littered with trash and cigarette butts EVERYWHERE. It was disgusting to walk my dog around.
My boyfriend come out with the sandwiches and they were also disgusting. Mine wasnāt hot at all, untoasted, cold cheese and bacon and mayo all over the bottom half. It was falling apart. My boyfriends was smooshed so flat you couldnāt even tell what was in it.
We never got a receipt or water. When I went back in the manager looked it all and just gave me the cash back. Oh! While she took a call on her personal cell phone and told me to hold on a second.
Horrible and embarrassing for Tim Hortonās.
At least my boyfriend liked the donut. Doubt weāll be back to one in the states ANYTIME soon.

they're supposed to open daily at 5am and its always after 5. Always seeing their workers pulling in at 5 or go their employees are outside smoking. Its very annoying to get a morning coffee and get there before their own employees .

Food is right. Coffee is right. Some staff are friendly but just be prepared to wait forever. Seriously, I don't think I've waited this long through a drive through in any other place except maybe taco bell. They explained the hold up (fine I'm not in a rush, things happen) but this isn't the first time this has happened. It's a semi small town so you'd think they'd have it down pat but they dont. Seriously save your money and go down the road to Mcdonalds.

I know at this time itās hard to get people to come to work, but it seems like every time we stop here in the mornings, something is not working or they donāt have DONUTS?! We waited in line for 8 minutes this morning to be given a heads up that they donāt have any donuts and the ice Capp machine is down.

This place has gone down hill. The people inside are more worried about their phones than customers or anything else going on inside. Used to be if you wanted a certain a number and they didn't have it they would make it for you. Now they hardly have anything and tell you if they don't have it they aren't going to make more of it. If you run out of something in the morning and don't close later in the afternoon you should make more of it? But it seems like the employees are too lazy to care or worried about their job.

We visited during a road trip, it was about 330pm, we'd seen signs on the interstate about hoagies. We knew we needed to do fast food in the interest of time and chose then because we don't have one at home. It was dirty, there were lots of flies, not sure why we pressed our luck, but we did. They were out of hoagie rolls, I believe don't know why we still ordered, but we did. They didn't have the steak thawed, so we had to wait for that to happen, I don't know why we stayed, but we did. It took about 30 minutes to get 2 paninis and kettle chips. Also, they wanted to blame the first shift for nothing being prepped. Short review, long, don't go there the way we did.

My husband and I came to the drive thru to order to medium ice caps. We tasted the drinks and it was awful. My husband and I walked in to the place to return them and explained how the drinks tasted like a horrible chocolate syrup poured in mild milk. The drinks were warm with a little to no ice. The girl at the cash register tried to argue with us that they were made right. She was rolling her eyes at us with a rude mouth. When I explained I will talk to the manager she said was the manager. My husband said he will call the corporate office. The guy behind the cashier shrug his shoulder very smart asked. I am done with this place. I use to love Tim hortons in court house. Now, after this incident and others I will never go back. It is hard to believe I use to go there every day. This happened Saturday in the evening.

Clean place,, friendly people,,tried the cream of broccoli soup,,it was really good,,and the grilled chicken fajita wrap,, really good just a little too much sauce. All in all it was a pleasure having lunch there. I'll definitely go back .
