TERRIBLE! Already having a bad morning I decided to get a coffee with my friend on the way to work. I told them I wanted a coffee with one creme, two sugars and an Earl grey tea bag. Weird right. So anyways we go up to the window to pay and get our food and beverages and they handed us a hot coffee with droplets of coffee on the side and no sleeve! It was so hot without the sleeve that it hurt my hands to hold it. I asked for a earl grey tea bag because they forgot it and they gave it to us. While I was putting it in I spilled HOT coffee on myself.
Edit: They forgot to put Creme in my coffee and instead used milk, they also forgot the sugar. The coffee to milk proportions were disgusting and have heard bad stories about this place, they are not even worth trying and mess up your order everytime because they don't even care to pay attention to what you order!

I commute a lot so I frequent several locations. Urbana is closest to my home but I will no longer be a customer here. They are frequently out of basic items; there are often signs identifying that machines are down so they can't make certain things; the speaker is placed too close to traffic so it is difficult to communicate and order; bagels are always under-toasted and often cold; more often than not they get your order wrong (and I don't order complicated coffee, just plain tea but they don't seem to understand that they need to add a bag to the water or that I don't want sugar). One morning I went into the store to have my order fixed and with the unusually long time I had to wait in a short car line I expected 2 people to be working at most, which is true but there were 4-6 more just standing around. Another time I waited over 10 minute in a very long drive thru line, when I was at the speaker the time changed to 11:00 a.m. so they refused to serve me breakfast.
Overall, comparing this locations to the others I regularly visit in the area, it is like they are 2 completely different companies and I'm done with this location.

99 cent coffee, any size, hot or cold, after 1:00 pm. I don't usually visit but I wanted hot coffee on a cold day, and all the other local drive thrus were backed up. No trouble ordering and receiving the coffee. But they only had 1 Pumpkin Dream donut, and 2 apple fritters available. I asked about the reg pumpkin donuts, and pumpkin muffins, but I guess since it was after 5:00 pm when I was there, they had sold out by then. They were also out of the tomato soup and chicken noodle soup, which was VERY disappointing since it was a cold rainy evening.

Their prices have become higher and the service is most of the time very slow, a lot of times I go there and they will be out of a cup size you ask for cookies donuts you request and one time they were even out of creamer!the workers are for the most part very pleasant and apologetic just do not believe whoever is in charge of store orders is paying attention. Coffee is usually warm also I like hot coffee...still love the taste just think they need some help..

We have stopped here many times on our way to visit family. Every time, the lobby is closed, NOT due to Covid restrictions, even though there are signs all over the building saying there dining room has reopened. Always out of product and Speed of Service is awful.

Coffee was excellent...I ordered two sausage, egg and cheese muffins....muffins we're not toasted and we're doughy, eggs and sausage we're not hot....might want to go try a McMuffin and see how it's done. Free WiFi is appreciated. Coffee way better than McDonald's

Our family used to always go to Tim Horton's in Urbana, but for quite a while I have noticed it has really went down hill. Most times the food isn't prepared properly or is just wrong. The other day when i went there, they were out of all sandwich bread and only two people were working, one brand new person that had absolutely no training and a teenager that seemed overwhelmed and out of it. Other times there have only been kids "working", they really didn't seem concerned with doing their job. I believe a true manager for could turn this place around.

This place is a freaking joke like most other food places in Urbana. The staff is ridiculous. It's the one Tim Hortons where if your actually able to order an iced cap...it comes without ice. Somehow their machine is "broke down" quite frequently. So you get stuck in their drive through line for 15 minutes + for nothing.

I’m a long time customer, 4 years worth. I hate to say it but today was probably the last time I’ll ever visit the one in Urbana. A year ago when they started opening at 5, I was excited because I could get my favorite breakfast and coffee before work. Well that turned into a nightmare. More like Russian roulette. Most mornings you have to wait at least 5 minutes at the speaker to order. Then if they actually have to food to make your sandwich, your coffee is made wrong. The staff would rather complain about who isn’t working or the day before than actually care about doing their job. Twice now they hasn’t been someone their to open the store. If your prepared to wait for the wrong order by all means this is your place.

Wow. Urbana Tim Hortons leaves a lot to be desired. Arrived 30 minutes after opening one day last week and they did not have any donuts. And the day before that they only were able to serve coffee ... No food. Ugh. Will be a while before I try it again
