Tim Hortons

Nice place to have coffee and Bavarian cream they're always fresh in Urbana.

Have you ever wanted a coffee with a bunch of creamer and sugar, but didn't feel like fixing it yourself. Try Tim Hortons, but when you order your coffee ask for it as a double double. Sip, enjoy, and smile about the awesomeness.

I ordered a dozen doughnuts this morning, 2 were Boston Cream. When I got them to the office, it was noted that there was no cream in either of them. I called the office several times before Heidi/Amber answered. She answered by saying "hold on please" and set the phone down. Heidi/Amber then proceeded to take drive through orders for the next 15 minutes without returning to the phone. Talk about unprofessional and inconsiderate customer service. She was the worst I have ever encountered.
Go to Schuler's Bakery instead. The staff, coffee and doughnuts are far better!
To update: I called back and spoke with the manager. When I advised her what happened she blew it off, stated well we were busy. She also said, "Why don't you come in and get a job here." She then accused me of being rude. She also stated it was Amber who answered and left the phone setting there.

Worst TH I have ever been to. Frozen drink wasn't frozen. Had absolutely no flavor. Charged 3$ more than any TH I have EVER been to for the same drink. For a man who never leaves bad reviews this took a lot. Asked for a new one and was told have a good day. Absolutely will never be back. Rather pay Starbucks 7$ ...at least my $7 drink would be good.

Today my card got declined. I'm not sure why, but as I was pulling out my other card the cashier offered to get my drink for me. I was having a hard day, and I just wanted to come here to say that act of kindness totally turned my bad day around. The coffee was amazing, too! Thank you, and I'll definitely be coming back!!!

Great options, even though drive thru lines get long on Sunday mornings the move very quick. Service is friendly and on point.. Not every Tim's is like this but this one... Top Notch

Great coffee and donuts however very pricey

The customer service was not bad. You have to wait for your food which is good because it means its fresh. The one thing that bothered me is I got the maple waffle sausage and cheese sandwich 3x in 3 days and only day 1 was it good. The other 2x the waffle was burnt so you could not taste anything but the burnt. the bathroom. Was amazing clean.

Tim Hortons is one of my favorite breakfast places BUT every single time I come here they are out of something .. never any hash browns.. bread for sandwiches .. it's gotten really sloppy. Hopefully they can step it up. Or I will go elsewhere

No jelly filled donuts. No cinnamon rolls. Slow service. Same answer that NO Tim Horton have these. Twice have visited this Tim's at 7 am where they didn't have ANY donuts in the last 8 months. Whenever we travel we expect Tim Horton to be consistent. Allison's Troy OH Tim Horton has been a favorite but I now live near Urbana OH. Just disappointed.
