Biggby Coffee

I came in about 30 minutes to closing and Emily was very kind to me. She was eager to see me again! I normally go to the one on McCord Rd., but due to them not answering their phone after multiple times of calling, I think I will start coming here!

After waiting at 2 local Starbucks for over 15 minutes each, I found this Bigby location. Although when I first walked in it was very busy, THE STAFF DID AN EXCELLENT job taking care of all the customers in a timely manner. Although it was a stressful situation the staff were all kind and courteous. Perfect service.

I had the bacon, egg, and cheese bagel with a mango redbull freeze. The service was quick and the food was delicious. I would also recommend the strawberry redbull freeze as well.

First time here seems like a nice place.
I ordered a cold brew and it was pretty good.

I’m sick of this bigby.. I honestly probably will never go and spend another $ there. The employee who is always there SUCKS. Always makes excuses of why they can’t make a certain drink. I’ve been in there 3 times in 3 weeks and it’s always the same thing. Then always the same excuse “oh well we don’t have this so I can’t make that” Then there’s no suggestion to get something else she just lets $ walk out of the door. every time I go to another bigby they are always able to complete my order. I think it’s ridiculous and i think I’m going to start telling everyone who enjoys bigby to stay away and enjoy a little bit longer of a drive but you won’t be annoyed leaving that big get

Bunch of miserable people working there, never smiling, rude, non welcoming, don't tell you about none of the deals, 10/10 wouldn't recommend!!!

Love the new team here, so friendly and funny. Biggby will continue to be my favorite!

Arrived and ordered at 10:50am, didn't get our drinks until 11:30... SLOWEST MOVING STAFF I HAVE EVER ENDURED. Everyone was upset by the wait, and many people just walked out. Once our drinks were FINALLY made (after everyone who came in AFTER US) they forgot our bagel sandwich. We ended up leaving without it and telling them never mind, keep the money, because of the absolutely ridiculous service. Terrible experience and we will most definitely not be returning to this location, and probably will choose Starbucks next time 👍

EMILY AMD LAUREN FOR THE WIN. 2 of the sweetest baristas, ever!!! ❤❤❤ I was skeptical because I always visit the Biggby in Perrysburg!! The reviews for this one weren't the greatest, and boy did this visit seal the deal!! Super fast, super friendly, and the drinks they made!!!! Omggggg. HEAVENLY!!!
