I love this place but I found a screw partially blended into my frozen drink once which a wild accident I know. But I called the store immediately and the employee told me she would let the manager know. I emailed corporate as well and they apologized and said they would alert management. I never got any call back from management, not even a replacement drink, nothing. It was handled so poorly. This was weeks ago and I’m still upset, and needless to say I have not been back.

Good experiences at earlier dates. That's the reason for 2 even. Wondering if hours changed. I know 6am is early to open but at least change the opening time so people can still get their coffee fixes.

Went to pick up coffee for my wife. Closed about 45 min before posted modified hours. Closing 3hrs early due to staffing I understand, not honoring what you post in your window about it I don't.

Felt bad for the employee. Seemed like they only had one girl working on a Saturday afternoon. We called in a curbside order and we were in a rush. So when we got there I called in my car make and model so she could bring the order out. She said I’d need to come in to pay, and if I wanted her to take our money and bring us back change (like most Biggby’s do for curbside) that would be another 10 minutes. Call-in orders are not the same as curbside orders. We did that so we wouldn’t have had to go in. Ended up having to leave the coffees there because we just didn’t have the time. I love Biggby, but they need to get some more help instead of putting it all on one person.

1st time there.. 9 a.m... drive thru had 6 cars..went inside.. 1 worker.. waited on 2 cars.. still no greeting.. we left.. always wanted to try it.. but I did feel bad for worker..there's no way to not be buried..

For one the place looks like it hasn't been cleaned since the covee started. Secondly the staff for an exception of like 1 are always highly irritated & if there is a line be prepared to wait 25 minutes for your brew while getting treated like you got the covee in the process.. Won't be back.

The staff is always so friendly and prompt!!.Love stopping here to start my morning off right!

Used to be more of a starbucks girl till a friend mentioned biggby and now I'm a huge fan.
Lattes are my absolute favorite.
Pumpkin spice latte amazing
If you like mint the mocha mint is great
Ginger bread latte is alright.
My bf loves the mocha latte.
Got my mom hooked on the chia tea latte since she doesn't like coffee.
I highly recommend to give it a try prices are great fast service everytime and good workers. Been going 1-2 times a week definitely worth it for me.
