BIGGBY COFFEE

The girl working tonight was extremely nice, and made me amazing drinks! She was alone but still managed to take care of everything in a timely manner! Management should give her a raise!

Nice safe, clean place to visit.

I was willing to ignore the condescending attitude when I was ordering but I ordered a bagel sandwich and it didn't say it came with cream cheese and when I received it and tried to get a new one they wouldn't switch it out. I wish I could take my tip back. Cream cheese with cheddar sausage and egg, really?? So rude too!

Great coffee and service as always

Had a honey lavender latte, because it sounded so unique. It was fantastic! Just the right amount of lavender flavor and anything sweetened with honey is a win in my book. I had my eye on a bag of Michigan Cherry coffee..... So interesting! Perhaps next time I'm in the area I'll snag a bag. Quick and friendly service and an inviting atmosphere.

As always with Biggby, the coffee is spot-on! I order a custom cold brew and I asked for too few pumps of the flavoring. Went back in and they fixed it with no problem and didn't charge me extra. Only reason I didn't give it five stars was the bathroom was nasty this time and no paper towels. Since this is the coffee shop we go to when traveling it's critical that we have a potty break with all the kids! It's always hit or miss on the busy-ness of the shop (whether you have to wait a long time or not) but this time was a very reasonable wait.

The coffee was good as always. I did have to wait a bit. I was not happy that they were unable to make my drink I originally wanted when they were supposed to have it through the end of November.

My favorite local coffee chain. Staff is always very friendly and accommodating. Great flavored brews here if you're a black coffee drinker or want to buy beans!

Very friendly staff and a quiet place for meetings and getting work done. It is small, though, so it can be tricky to find a seat during peak times. It also has an outdoor area, but I rarely see anyone out there. No complaints about the food or beverages, always yummy!

I typically love the BiggBy Franchise. But, every time I come to this one I am so disappointed in the taste, lack of customer service and the speed I receive the items. The Mocha Mocha (My absolute favorite!) taste like I just shoved mud in my mouth and the bagels are raw!

I would take the extra drive to go around the corner to the Biggby on Monroe (it is super close) and it will be worth the five minute extra trip because service, food and drinks are phenomenal there!
