BIGGBY COFFEE

I will not be coming back to this location. When my wife and I ordered breakfast at this location the drive through lady with short blonde hair was rude, she asked us why we didn't decide to buy coffee from them. "Do you like coffee?" "Have you tried our coffee?" "Of the coffee we that we sell, what coffee is your favorite?". I chose to spend my money at this location and now I am choosing not to.

The breakfast used to be really good. We used to like the sandwiches now they have skimped on the cream cheese and they are just ok.

Also I went back and I am not a fan of their coffee, the flavors are just not for me. Drive through lady was still rude. And to clarify for the person who responded to my review. There is a difference in friendly chatter and judging someone for not buying something.

I'm in the military and every time I move to a new location, one of the things I look for is a good local coffee shop. I've been to Biggby in Springboro quite a few times now and it quickly became my go-to coffee shop. The lattes and cold brews are phenomenal and the bragles are always great! I also love the fact that every batista I've interacted with has been extremely friendly. Nothing beats great coffee, yummy good, and friendly service!

The products are great. However the drive through is very inconsistent. I often have to repeat my order multiple times before they get it right. It is as of they don’t listen. Sometimes when paying the staff will have you use their touch pad ( to pander for a tip) and then others do not do that. I’m not sure why it is necessary for me to use their machine to check out. After all it is not dissimilar to any other fast food drive through where I don’t have to do all that. Once again, we have been there several times and it is getting annoying enough not to go back. The folks who do not hand the card machine through the window make it a much speeder process. Otherwise the drive through is often extremely slow even for a simple coffee with cream order.

Great selection and large beverages.

The “large” at Biggby is not messing around – my mocha was giant. It was sweet and chocolatey, but next time I will add an extra shot of espresso. (I like my drinks just a little bit bitter, but if you prefer sweeter drinks order as is.)

We've been to Biggby twice now and it's quickly become one of our favorite local places. I'm a huge coffee drinker, but I hate Starbucks and Dunkin isn't convenient to go to every day, so this place is a gem! The Bagels are delicious, the Muffins are awesome and every latte I've tried has been so good! For those complaining about wait times, try having a little grace and patience. They're fairly new and like everywhere else, short handed. The girls working there are incredibly sweet and don't need your bad attitude. Thank you Biggby for coming to Springboro! You've made my daily coffee runs so easy!

What a great place! I've heard it's hard for them to hear your order at the drive through, due to road traffic nearby, so I always go inside. Even though it's pretty much half of a bank lobby, there are plenty of tables, even some games, and a party/slightly more private room near the door.

The sandwiches are good - though I wasn't quite expecting cream cheese on my turkey & havarti, but it's fine. And once I got a decaf that wasn't decaf, but that's okay, it was part of a larger, caffeinated, order.

They certainly seem to lean to the sweet side - sugary lattes, cold foams, donut holes and muffins, sort of similar to a Dunkin Donuts. I'd like to try their smoothies at some point.

The breakfast sandwich bagles are quite good and everything is priced rather reasonably. One of the young drive-thru workers has begun handing customers the wired card scanner, however, which is quite annoying. No hate towards them, they probably just want tips (as the customer is not confronted with the leave a tip prompt when they hand off their card), but it's bad practice.

I love Biggby coffee and this new Springboro location doesn’t disappoint! The baristas were friendly, drive thru was convenient, and service impeccable. There are so many options to choose from! They have a variety of sugar free options and nondairy milks including almond milk and oat milk. This is definitely my new favorite coffee shop in town!!

This became my favorite coffee place (and beat out Starbucks) in a hurry!

It's brand new, so obviously, literally everyone is still being trained. I've given a little grace with this if something hasn't been perfect. The service has always been spectacular. Everyone has a smile and a kind word and the owner even gave me a coupon for a free coffee after noticing my frequent visits. They go above and beyond here!

Pros: incredible service, fast internet, plenty of outlets, cozy fireplace, DELICIOUS coffee, a wide variety of drinks other shops don't offer, and cheaper than Starbucks.

The only cons for me are that it's on the other side of a bank and the tellers had disgruntled faces 😂 but not a deal breaker and might contribute to the fast internet. The flipside is the tables are a little limited. And the drive through was slow initially but does seem to have sped up.

My new favorite hands down! My husband and I have hardly been to Starbucks since this location opened (used to be frequent flyers). Loyal happy customers ☕☕☕

Really great coffee and smiling servers. The timing of the food and coffee could be better. Finished my delicious muffin long before my coffee was ready. Pretty interior with a fireplace. However it shares space with a bank. That's a deal breaker for me bc I avoid the interior of banks. Will use the drive thru though. Good luck to you at Biggby.
