BIGGBY COFFEE

Who would've thought I'd be drinking coffee and enjoying a muffin INSIDE a bank? Crazy but true. Both coffee and muffin were delicious and on this chilly day the fireplace was so cozy.

My first experience with a Biggby was at this location the day they opened. It's now my go to place to get my coffee and bagel. The place has a friendly and inviting atmosphere with a fire place, plenty of seating and games to play with family or a friend. The bagels are always served hot and fresh and with a smile. The employees are friendly and the owners are super friendly and strive to make everyone's experience a great one. For those complaining about the slow service, first of all service at any place new is slow at first. The employees are still learning and unlike other coffee places, the drinks are made to order which is why the wait is a little longer. Give it a try! You will be pleasantly surprised and hooked like I am.

If you want to come and maybe get a bagel made right I would come here. Was told it depends who makes the bagel lol the pictures are from two different times wish I had the other pictures from the last 3 times I went through and didn’t complain. If you do complain a girl will yell so loud that you can hear her through the speaker from another girls headset 😂 customer service at its finest

UPDATE: The owner has reached out regarding the wax paper that was in my sandwich. The fact that he reached out so quickly wanting to make this right says more about this business than any mistake could. We're all human, things happen. This incident will not deter us from going back, in fact the owners response has guaranteed that we will be back.

I really wanted to like this place, but that's hard to do when you find paper in your sandwich. That has a way of ruining it.

The best Cold Brew around. Their drinks are amazing. Always kind and happy to see you. Willing to help you pick a drink if you’re not sure! Will keep going to BIGGBY Coffee in Springboro for my coffee.

When people get large take out orders, they should come in a bag. They gave me 4 drinks, all within 1 drink carrier that was too slim, and way too bendy. Because of this, and the employee not even greeting me when I came in (There was nobody else even in there with me), I won’t be coming back. I get way better service at Starbucks.

I had a friend introduce me to Biggby and I'm so happy I tried it. This place has quickly become my favorite coffee shop. They have SO many options and the quality is unmatched. Great coffee, affordable AND great customer service!

This place is connected to a bank of you need any financial assistance. The service is super friendly. Be warned, you have to spread your own cream cheese on your Bagels....

I always get the Green Lagoon and I love them. I get them with extra strawberry popping boba. There are days when they are off a little or the boba tastes a little stale. But overall it is my favorite drink.

The bragels are good. We had the sausage, egg and cheese. The cream cheese is a nice touch. We had regular coffee and it is strong. We're not a fan of coffee that is that strong. We've had flavored before and it has been good.
