What are the odds the lack of customer service (let alone the lack of generic respect) exhibited by the SAME employee can have a negative impact on TWO SEPARATE occasions???
Please erect a marquis that directs the customer to WAIT TO BE SEATED or PLEASE SEAT YOURSELF and not depend upon a disrespectful harpy who has the talent of publicly embarrassing multiple customers while simultaneously waiting tables. My family and I will likely never return because of multiple offenses by the same employee over the past two years.
