Have been here multiple times and each time, without fail, the staff is extremely polite, amazing service, bright atmosphere, and the food comes out fast and is phenomenal!!
I also love that they’re a local business that supports other local businesses by sourcing their ingredients from them. I love that I can sit down and enjoy a delicious meal and support not just one, but many local businesses at once.
Pictures are of the strawberries and cream crepes (with banana added), bananas foster cold brew, chicken biscuit, and American flag waffles. We’ve ordered more things as well that were all wonderful; I honestly can’t pick a favorite. This is a place that is a MUST try!!

I absolutely loved it here. Friendly workers, the wait time wasn't insanely long (only about 15-20 minutes), great atmosphere, clean, and the food was DELICIOUS. Best waffles I have ever had, they were crunchy yet also fluffy. Also, they basically take any request. I wanted the Blue Streak pancakes, but asked if they can make it into waffles instead and that was perfectly fine. Our waitress also said that any of the coffee can be made hot or cold which I enjoyed because I don't like hot coffee. Also, the bathrooms only have 3 stalls BUT they have great privacy. The stalls have actual walls and doors so there isnt insanely huge gaps so people can peek in or who knows what. Overall I love it here and we had a great breakfast (even though it's noon). If we ever come back to Sandusky, I hope we eat here again!

I'd been wanting to try this place since my last trip to cedar point but the wait was an hour and a half and we had to get back home. I was happy to be able to finally make it there on my more recent trip. The wait was only about twenty minutes, which was surprising since there were many people waiting to be seated. The service was great. The menu is large and has some interesting and creative offerings. I had the cinnamon roll French toast with the cinnamon syrup. It was soft and delicious though, I would have liked it to have had more icing. My friend had the country omelet. It was very flavorful. I expect to go back again in the future to try some more dishes.

Everything was amazing. Their iced coffees are super delicious. I wasn't a big fan on the French toast but everyone else loved it. Service was amazing. We came in with a 9 and she handled our crew very well.

Super honest review; My family and I tried the Sandusky Bay Pancake House while on a weekend trip to celebrate my daughter’s birthday at Kalahari. Our waitress Shannon was very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was amazing. And the food…. The food was phenomenal. My husband said their cinnamon roll was the best he’s ever had! Big portions for a very reasonable price. We were overall very pleased and swore we would make it “our” spot everytime we visit Sandusky. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!!

First time here and we can’t wait to come back! Everything we tried was delicious, fresh and beat any chain restaurant hands down.
It started with our amazing server Shelby, who was super friendly, attentive and helpful. Actually, every staff member we encountered was friendly, engaging and genuinely warm.
Next the drinks. We tried the Blueberry Pancake Margarita, Edison Electric Lemonade and the Strawberry Lemonade (non-alcoholic). All were fresh and very tasty. The adult drinks had plenty of detectable spirits.
Then there’s the food. Oh, the food. Fried green tomatoes, potato pancakes, corn beef hash, pancakes, biscuits and a pickle & pulled pork sandwich that was to die for. Again, everything was so delicious and the portions were generous. We even got 1/2 dozen gigantic fresh blueberry muffins to go. The menu has so much to choose from with breakfast items, salads, lunch, brunch and dinner items and plenty of vegan options as well. Check out their menu online.
We even got a chance to meet the owner and let him know just how much we enjoyed d our meal & drinks. We assured him we’d be back, and often.
This place makes everything in house and sources products locally. The restaurant itself has great decor and is very clean. If your headed to Cedar Point or the lake and happen to be in the area, do yourself a favor and stop in, but not too late. They’re hours are 7a-3p daily.

The service was good but I wasn't crazy about the pancakes or the cinnamon. The cinnamon roll french toast was a disappointment. The cinnamon is definitely strong and is an acquired taste. The Biscuits weren't the best. Maybe I'm just use to the amazing southern breakfasts...def not what I'm use to being from the south.
