We travel from out of the area and often as we can for this amazing coffee shop.

Staff is friendly and the setting is very warm and pleasant. I had a bacon, egg and cheese bagel and my friend had a gyro salad both were very good. The cutout cookies were delicious!

Huge variety of drinks to choose from and I have never gotten one I don't like. The food on the menu never disappoints (I highly recommend their salads). Friendly staff and nice customers too! Overall great atmosphere. They support local too. 10/10 recommend as your next lunch stop!

What a wonderful place. Nestled in the middle of this Ohio River town. Friendly and so welcoming everywhere you go. The coffee was so good and I also got muffins and scones. I want to sit and relax and stay a while in the community garden beside their store. Such a nice place. Clean and plenty of space. But so homey we will definitely be back again and again

The building is very nice, clean and well appointed. The food is decent🤷🏻‍♀️. They have a BLT on the menu and looks to be pre cooked thin bacon? Do what? Coffee is good-it better be since it’s in the name. Edited to remove personal thoughts. STILL A POSITIVE REVIEW.

I live in North Carolina but next time I am near Pomeroy, I will be stopping here again. River Roasters rocks!
We went in for smoothies before exploring Pomeroy. Delicious. We came back for lunch and the fall salad was spectacular. The place was spotlessly clean, the counter and the kitchen were clearly on-point and in sync. The atmosphere was laid-back and the music was great. The service was perfect and the food was sublime. We were tourists, but we did not feel at all out of place. Thank you to the team at River Roasters!

The Jewel of Pomeroy! Atmosphere is great! Some of the yummiest pastries I’ve ever had! Wonderful owner and drinks worth coming back for over and over again❤️. I wish I could live upstairs!

My husband & I are big coffee people. River Roaster’s has the BEST espresso I’ve ever had, hands down. The employees are so nice & enjoy chatting about their craft. Pleasant atmosphere, too. We drive 1.5 hrs just for River Roaster’s about every other week. Love love love the Mexican light roast coffee. On our second bag in 2021 already!!

The food was amazing. The employees were professional and nice. Great menu. Love the seating set up for eating even with the pandemic. Its right along the river and there is a great outdoor setting for when it is warm outside. The coffee was lovely with a lot customizations.

I've lived in this community my whole life and I believe I can safely say there has never been a place quite like River Roasters here. The food is incredible. The drinks are absolutely top notch. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The owners are constantly doing all that they can to make people feel welcome. I could, easily and happily, spend all my time and money in River Roasters. If you haven't checked out this gem along the historic store front of Pomeroy you need to go there today!
