River Roasters Coffee Company

I truly think this may be my all time favorite coffee place! They have a wide selection of items on their menu and everything I’ve had has been delicious. The service is fairly fast, the workers are so nice, and it has a very minimalist atmosphere that seems to be all the rage these days, and there’s a perfect view of the river— I’m not sure it can get much better in Pomeroy! I have to say this is one of the best places in town!

I LOVE this little coffee shop in Pomeroy. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is great, and the food and drinks are always delicious. If coming for lunch, I recommend their giant delicious salads. If you’re just looking for a snack, grab an oatmeal cream pie or a scone with a fruit cooler which is basically a smoothie with cream. The peaches and cream is my favorite ☺️ They always stock up the menu seasonally as well, so there’s always something new and fun to try throughout the year! 100% recommend making a stop if you’re driving through.

We love this place. My wife brings home coffee by the bag and they’ve all been really tasty!

A great coffee shop tucked down here across from the Ohio River. Great espresso drinks. Biscuits and gravy, superb.

If I could give this place a 100 stars I would. The staff is super friendly. Or ding online is a breeze. And for anyone low carb or sugar free the amount of flavors they offer is amazing. Truly. I have never been to a coffee shop that didn’t just have three basic sugar free flavors. I haven’t tried any of the food but I’ve heard great things about it. This is definitely my new favorite coffee place when I want to treat myself!

Hit up this cute coffee shop on the way back from Mothman Festival. The people here were SO FRIENDLY! Great folks. So great service, plus the food was excellent. Buffalo chicken panini was a win. Probably the best London Fog I’ve ever tasted.

And I know it’s a small thing, but they had tons of different hot sauce on hand. Nice view of the river from the tables outside!

Great Atmosphere with tremendous customer service! Even though there is always a line of people when I go they get to each order quickly and it is definitely worth the wait.

This place is really, really terrific. I was in town visiting family for 2 months from Melbourne, Australia...widely considered one of the coffee capitals in the world. River roasters would thrive in any company. The coffee varieties are great and the grinding and brewing is done extraordinarily well.

Terrific atmosphere, a lot of variety on the menu and very reasonably priced. I was seriously impressed and very sorry to leave to return to Australia. These guys really know their craft and it became a staple for our visit. Can't wait to get back again
