Porters Coffee House and Bakery

We pulled in to Porters’ second location and highly recommend a visit. There’s ample parking, the menu is plentiful, and the baked goods delicious. I really liked the chic interior—good for a quick pop by. We opted for two specialty drinks: regular caramel nut and the pumpkin spice latte with oat milk. Best pumpkin spiced drink I’ve had—it was only subtly sweet (I don’t like sweet drinks so this was perfect) and the oat milk was thick and foamy. To go full fall, we ordered the iced pumpkin scone and took it to go to enjoy in the park. Will be back!

The second Porter's location is just as wonderful as the original one in Olde Village Pickerington! Still the same great coffee, but more varieties of baked goods - both warm and cold - that all looked amazing and delicious!

I had a cafe latte breve, and a ham and cheese roll, which was warmed up in an oven so it was perfectly toasty on the outside but pillowy and creamy on the inside. Divine!

If their baked goods are all the same quality as the original location, you can trust that everything will be just as excellent. Plus the staff are seasoned baristas. And the atmosphere is classy and vintage with ample, comfy seating - really relaxing and perfect for a coffeehouse.

Two thumbs up for the new location! And FYI - this one has a drive through for the ultimate in convenience!

I was pleasantly surprised by Porter’s! I got the banana cream cheese muffin and a s’mores frozen drink. My father got a cinnamon roll and a pumpkin latte.

The latte was great and not as sweet as Starbucks. It’s a great choice for those who may not enjoy super sweet drinks.

I was impressed by how caffeinated the frozen drink was. Sometimes they are less caffeinated than other menu items.

The banana muffin was soft and crumby. It was delicious. Not a banana nut but a true banana muffin. I can’t speak on the cinnamon roll because it’s saved for later.

Fast service, excellent quality, worth the cost!

Stopped in for coffee on a whim and WOW it blew my mind! You HAVE to try the cheesecake— I’m a Cheesecake Factory girl and in my opinion this cheesecake was even better! All their baked goods and sweets are freshly made and smell amazing. Their sweet beverages aren’t too sweet and really allow the espresso to shine. From a former Starbucks barista, they’re doing coffee *right*.

I love that this new location has a drive thru! They get you your order fast. They make it perfectly and you don’t even have to leave your car. I get the Islander and it is delicious! You have got to give this new location a try.

Stopped in this morning because of the owner's heartfelt response and happy to report my order was taken within a minute and I was out the door with my coffee within 5. This place strives for great customer service, and they delivered it once again.

As someone who has been a loyal customer of your coffee shop since day one, I'm bummed to say that my recent visit left me feeling disappointed. I patiently waited in line for around five minutes, hoping to place my order, but no one paid me any attention. Frustrated, I ended up walking out.

Look, I get it - busy mornings can be tough, but it's important to make customers feel valued. Sadly, that didn't happen this time.

A coffee shop's success hinges on great service, and it's a shame that it fell short today. Taking a moment to acknowledge and serve each customer can make a huge difference. I love the coffee and vibe of your place, but this experience put a damper on things.

I love this little cafe. The ambiance is very relaxing (though the inside is a little small). The pastries are fantastic and they serve One Line coffee (Heath, OH) so its local, it supports coffee farmers, and its delicious. Skip Starbucks and visit Porters!

I waited patiently for the opening of Porter’s coffee house in its new location. First off I love the decor. I order veggie quiche, breakfast ham sandwich, chocolate chip cookie, frozen chai latte and hot chai latte with extra chai. Now this is why I gave this place 3 stars. I went back to ask one of the employees about my drink because it was very weak to me. I ask her how do they make their latte. She said the drink was made correctly and she can’t do anything about it. Another employee came over and I explained to her how I was not satisfied with my drink. I told her the same thing and told her it doesn’t taste like there was an extra shot of chai. The employee told me they do not do extra shots. Now if I requested why didn’t the cashier tell me they don’t offer that extra item. I would have ordered something else. Help understand what happen to “Customer Service “. I remember there was time a place would try to make the customer happy. I was not offered another drink or even let me make another one for you with that extra shot. Then let me know moving forward that is something we don’t do here. They didn’t even offer to give me my money back. I have been in customer service since I started working and never seen where the customer basically out of luck ( I am being nice with my words). I DID NOT DRINK MY LATTE. I LEFT IT THERE. I wish i could have spoken to the manager

My girlfriend and I stopped here on our way home from a trip. We had the banana pudding and cookies and cream frozen drape and they were amazing. The service was excellent and they even gave treats to our dogs.

Super tasty coffee drinks. We've enjoyed them every time we stop in. Their blended coffee drinks are also really smooth which is delightful.
