I love the atmosphere and friendliness of the staff at this shop. There's also no pressure to leave or order more just to stay in the shop, and free wifi is available that is pretty reliable. The inside itself is on the colder side, but it's tolerable if you don't dress too lightly. The coffee is alright, about the same price as Starbucks but healthier (ex. The default for coffees is skim milk). Keep in mind that eating here can get pretty expensive. I had a turkey avocado wrap that came to $9 on its own.

I've been going here my whole life, always loved it and felt at home here. Great relaxed atmosphere, perfect place for studying or meeting up with friends. Only gave 4 stars because their baristas and cooks could use some more training, as well as better customer service skills (they often get orders wrong, but it depends who's working). Great coffee, wide selection of drinks, my only critique is they make their lattes too sweet! Could use more espresso and cream, less flavor syrup lol

First time there. Not a coffee person so I can't review that. I ate their french toast. It was very different. Thick slices of what seemed to be fresh made bread with swirls of cinnamon cooked in. They were a little hard to cut through but tasted amazing. Best french toast I've ever had.

Had a pick up order. Food was good. The girl that was working told me that she didn't know if it was a legitimate order or not because it was a weird last name. I had already paid so I don't know why she questioned it. NOT Sorry that my name isn't Smith or Jones.
