Places very cool people were very nice generous and very pleasant

First time here at this cute place. Had the best chicken salad sandwich and mocha Carmel coffee, and can’t forget the snickerdoodle cookie

Excellent sandwiches (I had the Cuban) and terrific coffee and now they have soup flights. That may only be a winter thing, not sure about that though.

I love this place. The cranberry chicken salad is my favorite. They have great coffees and cookies. They also hold food classes. Nice location on the corner of the square.

My first time here..staff was so friendly and genuinely seemed happy to be working…I mean, who’s not excited about coffee?!? Kept it simple with a black varietal…they had Guatemalan brewing today. Paired it with a blueberry and cheese croissant..*chef’s kiss* 😄. Perfect pairing. The roast was nice and smooth and the best news..coffee was VERY fresh. Great place in historic downtown Medina.

This is a local gem in Medina City. Great coffee and tea drinks and good food too. It is so easy to come for e few minutes and hang out for an hour!

Cozy place to do homework or meet up with someone, great drinks with great prices. Staff is very kind and knowledgeable :) I come here very often for homework and always have a good experience

My daughter and I visited for the first time about four years ago.
This time I introduced my Avon Lake friends to the Cool Beans! We had a great lunch and drinks and took home dessert - cookies, amazing cookies. DELICIOUS!
I'm from Las Vegas and felt like "Hot Stuff" to introduce native Ohioans to such a "Cool" place!

Great, yummy and trendy cafe !! Love it !! All the workers are very nice as well!!!

Went here off a whim and was pleasantly surprised by not only the staff but the food and the beverages. Stop supporting Starbucks and start here instead. Actually came here twice the same day cause I couldn’t get enough the first time, I had to stop back in and they remembered me.

It’s the little things, but I would definitely give this place your time and effort to try something new!
