Brew House Coffee & Bake Shop

Great little coffee shop! The service was fast and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The drinks were great!!! Can't wait to come back and try the baked goods. Definitely recommend!

My boyfriend and I rode our bikes to this cute, coffee shop. The blueberry muffin is absolutely delicious. I also recommend the iced caramel latte.

P.S. The staff are very professional and friendly.

I grew up here and love seeing places like this popping up. Without a doubt, I will return. What an atmosphere, what coffee, what food and what great people. Also, the chairs are super comfy.

Really didn’t have a great experience. Stopped for an iced caramel latte with oat milk about a week ago and couldn’t taste any espresso or caramel. Had my husband try it and he said the same thing. Too expensive for the quality.

In response, it was a to-go order, so we were already gone by the time I took a sip.

As soon as I walked in, the staff already seemed like they didn’t care to be there. Neither the man or the woman behind the counter were smiling, we were greeted at the counter, they just stood there and stared as if they were annoyed to have customers. The female that was working at the counter was annoyed and visibly showed it every time a customer came in. The female bringing out of the food from the back looked very unhappy to be there. It’s a very small place with limited seating. The menu is just as limited as the seating. Ordered baked spinach artichoke dip, absolutely NOTHING like the picture they have online. This came out a deep green color, soupy, not baked, and absolutely disgusting! Also ordered French onion soup, which was odd because it didn’t come with the bread under the cheese, and the cheese was barely melted on top & could have had more flavor.
The cheesecakes ordered were decent, and the iced white mocha was really good.
1st time here and I definitely won’t be back. I definitely don’t recommend this place if you want some good food, and I definitely won’t be back.

Met for a lunchdate and loved it!! Pictured are French onion soup, breakfast sammie, hot chocolate and pour over black. Very unique and welcoming with great service. Just what uptown Maumee needed!

I have always loved coming here and the staff has always been wonderful until I met the owner Erin today. Very sad to say I won’t be back due to how rude she treats customers. I hadn’t yet set my belongings down before she asked me not to sit there if I was alone. I have never had a business owner tell me I couldn’t sit somewhere let alone the attitude she had. I didn’t mind moving but she was extremely rude about it which is why I was caught off guard and probably rude back. There is a way to own a business and a way to not. Her employees however have always been so great I will miss going as it has become a regular spot but I unfortunately can’t support a business that treats the very people keeping it open, disrespectfully.

Response: not to be redundant but you seemed to not read what I wrote as I already said I was rude back because you were rude first, second I said it wasn’t about moving it was how you asked and I had no idea other people were waiting for a seat as I had only been there for 30 seconds after you approached me I didn’t even have time to know if there were any other seats available. It’s not about what you said it’s about how you said it.

Great little coffee shop. They have great coffee. We had the cinnamon rolls that were just amazing. Great place to sit and have coffee and conversations.

First time here. Many choices for food and coffee. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The atmospherous pleasant. I will definitely be back.
