I love the environment of Cocoon Coffee. It allows me to get my work done without distractions. Everyone is always considerate of others and the music is at a low enough volume that it is not distracting. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because the coffee is a bit expensive for what you get.

Great black coffee, staff has a good attitude, lots of room to spread out and work. Power outlets even at the couches. Nice study desks for individual work. I just seem to feel less cramped and distracted when I come to work here.

Not friendly: Barista didn't even look up to say hi when I walked in. She was working on a drink but there was nobody in the drive thru or at the counter (except me), so it's not that she was too busy to pause. After standing there for a couple minutes in silence, she finally said can I help you.
Overpriced: $2.75 for a 12 Oz brewed coffee (see picture).
Good Coffee: The coffee was good, but the overall experience is overpriced and unwelcoming.

I only went through the drive thru but it was a very pleasant experience. Garret was super kind and ordering right at the window instead of through a speaker was a nice change.

I ordered a black coffee and a flat white. The black coffee was as good as you might expect from Stumptown beans (which is to say, very good!), but the flat white was incredibly tasty and drinkable. I haven't had a ton of flat whites in my life but this was easily one of the best. That combined with the kind service easily gets 5 stars from me.

Great little coffee shop! We are from Miamisburg and will definitely be back.

I love this place! Atmosphere feels like a shared workspace with a variety of seating options - arm chairs, desks, conference tables, high tops and even 'phone booths' to give a little privacy/buffer. I've visited two times in the last month and got a large iced lavender vanilla latte.

Be warned: food options are fairly limited (mostly pre-packaged snacks, although they do offer Donna's cookies) and the large by Starbucks/Dunkin Donuts standards is fairly small for the price.

That said, will totally keep coming for an afternoon pick-me-up and have recommended to several colleagues.

Downside they ran out of pastries before I got here but still had snacks I could get. Got the 16oz. Lavander Vanilla Latte and it's amazing. You don't have to pay for tables which was super nice just sit where ever and there is plenty of seating, desks, and outlets. They have space for private calls which was cool. The barista was super sweet and for being a small place I was surprised they have a drive through. Moral of the story I don't know how this cute place isn't packed.

No enough help. One person working drive thru and inside of shop. Long wait. Barista cannot make quality drinks trying to provide service to car loads of customers in drive thru running back and forth to service inside of store.

I work restaurant work and that is not sufficient for the customer and to the employee. The young girl that was spoken to terribly by a customer because customer had to wait. Whoever is in charge needs to address this issue.
I don’t think the owners would personally work under these conditions. 2nd time coming in and same thing. Unprofessional not having proper staffing and charging to much for expensive coffee with grounds in bottom of cup. Bitter coffee and a waste of money.
