1st time visitor and was impressed with the staff, coffee, and environment. Unfortunately, the To-Go cups are inadequate for the coffee heat. About 2 miles after departing, my cup walls collapsed when taking a sip and coffee spilled all over me and the car, and man was it HOT. Not complaining, but please upgrade the To-Go cup for improved customer satisfaction.

Great little place! I've been looking for a local place, and I found it yesterday. The latte is perfect and my kids tried the cookies and loved it. I will be there very often now that I know they have drive thru...
I just want to say to people saying their drink didn't taste good.. it happens sometime and it doesn't mean you shouldn't try the place again. Give them another chance, instead of going to big chain shops.

Great place to get coffee and study for long periods of time. Atmosphere is quiet and peaceful- other customers are respectful toward one another.

The best tasting coffee literally. I was a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks and I would never drink the coffee there. Cocoon Coffee has the smoothest coffee without the expired expresso shot taste. The Chai Latte is my favorite but I love the Mocha Latte as well. If there is a little mishap with your drink they are very polite and will fix it or give you a one on the house. Great customer service. I highly recommend.

This was my first time and I will return. It was a very comfortable environment for a meeting with a friend. Lots of room to spread out for conversations. I had the house coffee and it was delicious.

The service is unmatched, and the coffee is so so yum. I got the Honey Oat Milk Latte (as recommended by the friendly barista) and it was super good. Nice pastry selection as well, with a gluten-free option. I’ll definitely be back for more!
