Excellent food, reasonable prices, outstanding service. Dakota was our waitress and she made sure everything was great! The owner even came over to see if everything was good and talked to us at least 10 minutes and answered all our questions. Good time.

Great restaurant! The food was excellent and priced-well. I got a burger and a milkshake. I liked that they had options for gluten free-buns on burgers. Service was good. It is very cool and modern and had a great family-friendly vibe - they have corn hole!

Their grill was broken, so we had a limited menu of fried food and salads. It was just okay. My husband had a hair in his salad. We really wanted to sit outside, but it was full. A few minutes after being seated under the enclosed canopy, 3 tables outdoors cleared. I asked if we could move and was told there were people waiting outside to sit there, which was no big deal, just thought I'd ask since we had kids who were excited to eat outside. Two of those tables were still empty when we were finished eating and left, so I'm not sure why it was such a big deal that we moved. We hadn't even ordered yet.

We received reheated wings that were still cold inside. Told server she just said o I will tell them. Then our crab cake sandwich came and you can tell that was a left over sandwich old wilted lettuce and old nasty melted tomato and the sandwich was cold too. Told server again- waited a while then she brings new sandwich and says I hope it’s not cold it has been sitting there for a while. I said you can tell a difference between the left over and a freshly cooked sandwich - she says nothing. Then we had to walk to bar to pay (wasn’t busy at all!!) our to go order we placed wasn’t even placed yet!!! No discount no nothing I again address how they served left over food and she has no response - now I am at McDonald’s to take my mom who is ill food.

The beer was good the food was ok but the wait time was awful. We waited almost 40 minutes for our partys order to come out and mine didn't i had to wait for 15 more minutes for mine to come out. Everyone else was ordering desert and my burger came out. Will not return

Got here and was told that the kitchen was closed, no big deal. Got an outdoor seat and waited for "Steve", our alleged waiter. After about 15 minutes I just went to the bar to get beer. Our friends arrived shortly after and had to resort to the same thing, where they were they were served and then told that they could not order from the bar and that our waiter would be with us. We waited another half hour and still no Steve. Toward the end of this half hour we asked the same employee who sat us if we could move to an open picnic table and she okay'd it. Eventually I asked a waitress to get Steve for us because we hadn't been served yet. Instead of getting Steve, 2 waitresses and Steve congregated about ten feet away from us and talked smack about how we moved tables; though I'm not sure why this mattered because Steve never came to us while we were at our previous spot for 45 minutes or so. I confronted them about it and also asked why people who were seated after us were still getting menus and ordering food; I was told that they had reservations. This is a strange system to me; you can only order food with a reservation but if walk in space is available then you aren't allowed? The kitchen is clearly still open, but apparently only for a special few. And while one of our group was checking out (at the bar because no one would come to our table) the baetender asked how everything was, and as she was telling her, one of the waitresses interupted and called her a liar and said that she came over to help us...AFTER WE COMPLAINED!! How ignorant and rude can you be?! All that I can surmise is that they don't like money that much. They need to rethink their business model.
All in all the atmosphere is great, the beer that I had was okay, but the service is the worst that I've ever had anywhere. If you're going to talk smack on me for wanting ANY service, at least walk further away from the table. I advise that you do NOT go here.
Also, they use child labor. I'm not joking. They have a girl between the age of 9 and 12 seating people and bussing tables. How pathetic. Pay someone who's of legal age of employment to do that.

We waited over an hour for the food to come out. The fried pickles were amazing and the drinks were pretty good, but the pizza flat bread left a lot to be desired. The wings weren't fully cooked and we had to send those back. I'm willing to try Brewerks again as I'm hoping we just caught them on a busy night.

Everyone is making brewpubs these days. There are some really good ones with great beers and innovative menus with delicious food. This was not that. We waited for about 30 mins, the staff was polite, but clearly inexperienced. Our food took a good 40 minutes to arrive and it was nothing to be proud of. The fries were ok, but everything else we ordered was like a boring watered down version of the description. I ordered Guinness beer battered fish and got 4 tiny fish sticks and a small handful of fries. The beers we got were all wrong because the server didn't know how to use the input device she was using. All in all, I'd say it wasn't great.. they need a lot of work and probably better management, someone with real restaurant experience.
