Pat never disappoints, their pizza is great and their donuts are awesome!

I get closing your lobby at 11 to protect your staff, but running to the door 10 till to lock it when a customer is walking up seems kind of rude. But okay, I'll just do the drive through. $40 for a dozen donoughts and a dozen donought holes was a little much. They are good but not that good. Get home and find we only have 11 doughnuts and 11 doughnut holes. So for that kind of money to not even get what we asked was pretty hard to accept.

Best ice-cream in the world if you're ever in Lima, Ohio, you must try it, it's called soft served ice cream 🍦 2102 Elida Rd, LIMA, OHIO 45805

Third time ordering pizza, which is was good. They never read the whole slip. Ask to be cut in squares they never understand that. Then waited in line for 30 minutes not only did they forget to cut pizza right. They forgot to put 2 donuts in my box.

We ordered a pizza at about 10 pm an dit was ready in about 30 minutes even though they seemed really busy. We also grabbed some donuts when we went to pick up the pizza. Everything tasted really good.

Hello ,
Before anyone reads this I want to assure the owner or responded that I am not a liberal and in fact I am very conservative . What I see and write about what is happening at this Eliids road store is absolute truth . I have been in use of this store long before the current owner purchased it . Yes long long before .
I visited the store a short while ago and was shocked to see more negative signs on the windows blaming customers for internal issues . I have a question as to whom do you think you are hurting by posting signs negative to the customers that support your location ?
Not to smart in the world of business .
Now what I really need to comment on is this . I see signs that state free bibles for the asking . This is good . I see shirts the state John 3 16 and this is good . Now I need to ask or inquire why employee are allowed to use Gods name in vain for customers to hear . What are they permitted to yell and scream behind the counter ? Do you not see the conflict in words vs actions ?
Also I wish to address the cleanliness as it is not good compared to years past with previous owner . How long does it take to sweep and mop as well as wipe down tables after use ? Not long at all from past observations . Maybe in place of visiting and gossiping with other employees and customers the time could be put to better use ..
Past reviews on freshness of products are 100 per cent correct as many many time I have received stale product but I failed to mention it which is my error . Note their is or was a sign stating sales final and I see why as one has to know the product is old .
Now this is my honest opinion from years of customer use at Pats .
Henry would be ashamed I am sure .
Now please no negative comments on me to get a life or being a liberal as I am not .
For you information I did mange a bakery for about 10 years . As for being a liberal I have 2 degrees in theology also .
Please take this as constructive criticism and spend some time is the location to get things in order . Use to have a saying . WHAT gets Inspected gets PERFECTed .
Please read past reviews as can we all be wrong ?

The responses to reviews alone are very unbecoming of a business owner and are enough reason on their own not to eat here.
Edit: owner says they “respond with truth” but all they’re doing is showing how quick they are to insult people on a personal level when they criticize the business. As someone who literally has taken classes on how to give and receive criticism, those who immediately get defensive and jump to insults rather than listen and try to do better usually don’t do well moving forward...

Love Pat's. The Maple Bacon donut is my fav!

If you want to get an okay donut, this place is fine. If you want to get a donut by a company whose owners aren't such hateful people they blame all their problems on everyone else and go out of their way to even insult people critiquing their business, then I'd suggest going somewhere else. I think I'd rather support Starbucks than this place.
