Excellent coffee shop
The baristas dressed up for Halloween, which was fantastic. I order their UBE Latte and a cinnamon roll. It was so delicious.
I really like the vibe. Clean and not too busy. They got a lot of business but were still comfortable enough to do my work.
First, I sat at the big table. I would recommend getting chairs that sit higher. I felt like a kid sitting at the dinner table.

Jenny and I visited Goodkind Coffee last Saturday with high expectations. We were not disappointed. The drip coffee was authentic and the Camarillo tea was very satisfying. When visiting Goodkind, be sure to order the cinnamon rolls. They were the best cinnamon rolls we have ever tasted. What a great place for a rest and conversation. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Goodkind is an awesome coffee shop! Definitely worth checking out if you find yourself on Madison in Lakewood. They have a decent amount of seating and a clean prep area and clean bathrooms. Service is quick, the baristas are friendly and the drinks are great!

Great latte! I got the regular iced latte with a tiny bit of sweetener and it was as delicious!! Great atmosphere. Cute and very clean! Love all the windows in here to make it a nice and sunny space.

Hipster neighborhood cafe. Since its recent renovation, the interior is slightly less vintage cozy, but the baristas and staff are just as friendly as ever.
You'll find excellent basic brews here along with a rotating seasonal menu with quirky creations such as cold brew with rhubarb syrup or with lime juice and vanilla. To munch on, there's a small selection of pastries from local bakeries, or you can get a burrito and other packaged goods from a local chef/caterer formerly from Tartine Bistro.
Most patrons are locals in the area and it's gratifying to see the relationship between baristas and the customers. If you've got a pup, they're sure to get a treat too. Being pretty small, there's only a few round tables big enough to squeeze 1-2 people, and a larger dining table with some outlets that you'll be lucky to snag.
One feature that I'm glad wasn't replaced in the redecoration are the restrooms with their old-timey encyclopedia wallpaper. While the font is a little too small to read from the comfort of the toilet seat, it's an inspiring setting for anyone looking to do some creative work.

Unfortunately have to update my review. This place is cute & that's it. Came in today for a drink and a pastry. Pastries were super limited and honestly not appetizing. I got a mocha and I literally dumped half of it. It tasted rotten. I don't know if the almond milk was bad or their espresso was burnt. But YUCK. What a waste of $4. We left and went somewhere else for pastries. Wouldn't go here again if you paid me.
