This Biggby doesn't stand out but they make a killer coffe. Probably one of the best I've had from a Biggby. People were friendly and quick. My wife and I will definitely remember this location.

Make sure if you get a bagel to check to make sure it has everything you ordered on it. another bagel with no egg on it after I asked for it. This is the 3rd time this has happened. Highly disappointed again but so frustrating to spend $6 to have just ham. Ugh.

I used to really like Biggby's, and stopped in several times a week. However, the ownership in this area is horrible. There are no managers at the stores, and no one is able to solve issues. The coffee has gone downhill, until the only way it is drinkable is to add a bunch of flavors. I couldn't even drink the plain coffee, and adding cream and sugar did little to improve the taste. Last Friday their computers went down, and they claimed they were unable to sell anything. With no one in charge, I suppose they just had no idea how to function. I blame the owner, not the barristas, who deserve a better work environment.

Biggby is not as good as flying Joe in Maumee but soooooooooo much better than Starbucks. I'll gladly go to one if it's the nearest option.

Loved this location when it was open. It saddens me that the New owner of the cricket west plaza and Biggby couldn't come to an agreement. The new place (SIP coffee) is a locally owned business though and a decent replacement.

Such a variety of drinks to choose from. I'm not a huge coffee person so normally get their specialty creme freezes and they're all delicious.

It's better than Starbucks coffee any day and you don't have to wait an hour in line the paid such high prices

I quite enjoy this coffee shop. Plenty of room for meeting people, doing work on my computer, and enjoying a cup of coffee. The only issue is cleanliness. Floors need vacuumed badly and bathrooms are hit or miss.

The cashier was hilarious. For a 24 oz cup of joe, it was around $2. Good price and they had a variety of different coffees to select from.
