BIGGBY COFFEE

Jack's kindness and generosity just made my week. After losing my Biggby card and already having a rough week, Jack managed to turn my day around and he has no idea the impact his gesture had on me. So thank you, Jack.

I love biggby, but everytime I come this location my coffee is either wrong or tastes gross. Iced coffee today was basically water.

Waited 10 minutes at the window for an iced coffee. I know staffing is an issue, but when the staff are completely rude it is inexcusable.

I had asked her to remake my first drink because my iced coffee was 90% cream. As you can see in the picture the next one was 80% cream. I didn't want to deal with any more eye rolls or attitude so I just accepted. Unfortunately, won't be back.

Staff was very friendly and super nice. As a big cream fan they put the perfect amount in my iced coffee. Oh and the sandwich was so delicious I almost turned around to get a other one.

The lady at the drivethru window was super polite and friendly and this review is NOT a reflection of her. However I think it is distasteful and unprofessional to solicit tips at the drive thru on the credit card you hand them. This creates an uncomfortable situation for the customer and employee. The solution is for management to pay their employee more money instead of requiring them to solicit tips from drive thru customers. Also this was my first time here and the smallest specialty coffee was over $6. Even in Joe Biden’s America thats a high price.

The ambiance is lovely 😍 and serene. It's like a private 🍵 tea/coffee house. The view from the BC is awesome. 👌🏽 I wanted to stay longer. I 💕 will go again and spend more time ⏲️ there. A lovely place 4 a date; away from everyone n everything. ❤️ Definitely go! 🏝

First time here at this location. Usually go to the one on Central.

I ordered a Frozen drink and an Iced drink. Both were given to me Hot. They remade the drinks. The Frozen one was fine, the Iced one was just milk. It was supposed to be a Mellow Mocha with an extra shot of espresso, but it is iced chocolate milk.

I’ll keep going to central.
