EPIC Coffee Shoppe

Coffee was delicious. I got an iced coffee. Great place for a small gathering of a few friends. Nice atmosphere. Nice little desserts. Definitely recommend you try it at least once! Who needs a big chain coffee shop, when there's an EPIC coffee shoppe around the corner?

The owners are some of my favorite people in the Dayton area, and the coffee is to die for. Can't stop coming back, if you have a sweet tooth like me,, try the blueberry coffee cake syrup combo I'm cold brew!

I wanted to like it, the inside is really beautiful and so well done, but...my friends and I really just did not like the coffee itself. It just didn't taste good.
It was super expensive too. One of our orders was $7 for one medium. I understand extra for coconut milk, I suppose, but $7 was literally hard to swallow.

They make super delicious seasonal drinks. I love going here to try their twists on tasty coffees. And they're a small, local place. Support!

This coffee shop is great! My sister and I loved the decor, which even carried into the bathroom. We both got a Belgian Eye Scream and would highly recommend it. She got hers with blueberry muffin ice cream and mine was with cookie dough ice cream. While both were great, mine was better ;)

I'm a little picky about my coffee and pastries and I am happy to say that this place is excellent! Been there twice so far (before the stay-at-home order) and got Americanos (Deeper Roots coffee) both times and an assortment of pastries. My friends got ice cream (not sure the brand, but he loved it), hot chocolate, and a latte. All well received. I'll be back with my wife when the stay-at-home order is lifted!

Edit: forgot to add, parking is terrible! Large vehicles beware! Still totally worth a walk, if the situation calls for it.

Always met with a smile and they go the extra mile to make you feel at home. I haven't been able to make it out in a while, so I wanted to write something to show my appreciation for their great service and delicious coffee!

Great atmosphere. Elegant but cozy. Wonderful selection of pour over coffees - over 10 options! A bit pricey per pour over ($5-7) but they ethically source so it is worth it. The daily cup rotates a single origin brew which is very reasonably priced. I'll be coming back!

I can't say enough good stuff about this shop! Their friendly staff has helped educate me about the different coffees and how to brew at home. I have ditched my coffeemaker at home. I now either make their coffee (pour-over) at home or stop in the mornings to catch the daily brew. I love tasting the different brews. Also, the place is very inviting to stay and hang out. What a treat to have them in Kettering!

Cocoa Before Chanel is AMAZING. I drive all the way from New Carlisle just to get this drink. I have yet to try anything else because I can’t get over how amazing this is. 😍🤤❤️
They are also super nice and genuine people that work/own the shoppe so that’s also a +++.
