Florin Coffee

This is a legit, socially-conscious café! Delicious coffee. Great atmosphere, sweet spot to work on a laptop. 1st hand experience: the maple twist goes well with a cup of Ethiopian. Great musical taste as well. Zach (manager) is awesome, and the store owners are very friendly and helpful as well. Check this place out--it's easy to find, two quick turns off of 71.

Wow! I’ve been a coffee drinker for less than two months. I’m glad I started with a flawless, thoughtful coffee; backed by hard work, detail and most of all care.

Florin sits in a quiet safe section of The North Linden area. The shop is spotless and super cool. Sounds nerdy, but their T-shirts are awesome!

For the high quality coffee Florin offers - it’s by far the best pricing on 12 ounce and 16 ounce to go cups. That’s just the tip of the iceberg… I bought a bag of Ethiopian beans from them. They are incredible! The list goes on, but there’s not too much in each chapter, just enough. Precision is Florin’s theme.

It’s nice to see a coffee shop like this in our neighborhood. I love Clintonville, but this joint has more flavor and more heart. We need that.

Given the current situation, not to put a damper on things, they have carry out available and their hours of availability are listed on the website. Still plenty of time to get your fix and encourages buying a couple bags of coffee to make at home.

Great service, pastries, and wonderfully low-key location. Most importantly, one of the top roasters in town, with a wonderfully curated selection of coffee. I have been drinking Hans' roasts for four years and they just don't get boring.

Excellent house coffee and the perfect place to warm up with a great book. Diverse and soft music playing gives the feeling of inclusion. Plenty of comfy seating that accommodates around 20 people. The colors inside the shop are soothing and the plants bring life to the clean and neat interior. Go check Florin Coffee as soon as you can and take a bag of coffee home with you--you'll be able to afford it with their modest prices.

Nice small Cafe on the north end. Staff was super nice and recommended different drinks. Highly recommend if you just want to sit down and have a conversation with a friend.

Great coffee they use some amazing beans. They roast the coffee to a level that allows the beans to show there natural flavor. A couple weeks ago they go rid of the pour over coffee option. That makes me very sad hopefully they will bring it back soon.

It would be one thing if this place just had the best quality espresso drinks in town. BUT now that I've been here multiple times, I can say this holds true, that their sandwiches are also delicious, and the environment is relaxed enough to study or catch up with a friend. So happy to have somewhere close to home that gets everything right!
