Such a great coffee shop! Happened upon this seeking another shop that I could not find! The staff was wonderful and the coffee super affordable. Iced lattes were great. Such a great open clean green space with plants and sunlight. A much needed spot in Cleveland. Great service friendly staff. Lots of space to enjoy a coffee and get work done.

Nice little local coffee shop. All the coffee is pour over. The staff is very friendly and pretty quick. They have lots of special drinks with flavors and stuff...but I normally go pretty basic. My favorite is the Grizzly Joe which is a large coffee with 2 shots of espresso in it. There is a couple tables inside and counters along the windows.

Wanted to try a local place while in downtown Cleveland and BOY was I happy I found this place. Aside from this absolutely delicious latte, literally EVERY person that works at this cafe was exceptionally kind. They all were smiling, seemed like the genuinely enjoy working here, and made me feel instantly welcome.

Situated at one end of the Arcade, this small shop pours some good coffee and has some decent pastries. Quite a few spots to sit, the staff was friendly. Overall warm atmosphere, great coffee smells and a number of selections. Although I would have expected a little more traffic through there on a Friday morning, it was a great way to start the day.

Such a great experience! We absolutely love coffee shop experiences especially since coffee is one of our favorite things in life. We went for a free Yelp elite event. The vibe inside is super cool with a really nice Cleveland mural on the wall and plants surrounding the interior. The place is small and can get packed when it gets busy.
The staff was very friendly and answered all our questions. We got some oat milk lattes and croissants and they sprinkle cute hearts on top of the lattes which is a nice touch. We have been spoiled by Heartwood coffee's amazing in house baked croissants but the croissants at Lionheart were decent.
This is a great place to get work done since the vibe is really cool. The only issue is getting to the place is extremely difficult because parking is non existent since it's downtown Cleveland which seems like the area is always under construction and always has police orders to not park in the streets. Once we got to the shop it was definitely worth it. If we are ever back walking around downtown Cleveland, this would be the place to get our coffee fix!

It's a nice little coffee shop conveniently located for all those who live downtown. It has a nice, relaxed atmosphere, and they serve a wide variety of hot or cold drinks. Good spot for meeting friends to study or just hang out.

Was looking for local coffee and I found Lion Heart. I was pleasantly surprised and had a great experience. I had a specialty latte and it was really good. They have multiple alternative milk options as well. I also got the ginger molasses cooking and it was great.
I would definitely recommend stopping in!

The blue lion was delicious and so refreshing on a hot day! My husband got the golden Nutella and it was also very good- he loved it so much he finished it before I could snap a pic of our drinks.
