Rising Star Coffee Roasters

Rising star is good. I'm not sure every location and barista are consistent. This visit was excellent! The pour over done well, using well roasted beans. Not always the experience every visit, but probably worth the stop if your looking for a good cup of coffee from a local place.

Decided to try a new place and get out of my comfort zone... I was not disappointed :-) Amazing customer service, delicious treats and a great coffee - tried the Promised Land and loved it.

Just a terrific place for coffee and to get work done. The seats are comfy; the music is at the right volume; and the Cardamom Bomb is Da Bomb for gourmet coffee.

Good coffee, a little sweet of a latte than I usually like but still good! Would have liked to have had some more food options but otherwise great place.

The best place to get a cup of Joe on the east side. Their coffee roasts, fantastic. Their lattes (every time I get a different latte art), delicious. Staff, absolutely top notch. They sell all their roasts which are all lighter. I recommend their house espresso blend. A great place to unwind with a friend and good coffee.

It’s been a minute since I’ve been to Cleveland, but Rising Star gave a warm welcome back. This location looks like a diner turned chic. Stopped in today to get a Cardamom bomb and it was delicious! The barista with the glasses and tat on her arm was super sweet and a pro at her craft. I highly recommend them for yummy espresso and friendly baristas.
