Great lunch options, especially the build-your-own-salad option. They also have great fixed salad options such as "Super Foods Salad" & "Asian Chicken Salad"

They also serve different soup options daily, and oven baked pizza/fresh sandwiches.

Plenty of seating. Pretty fair prices for a downtown location and one that serves starbucks which is great. Had a fountain drink as well and that was great. Certainly recommend.

Ingredients is definitely more for people who work downtown or pass through while commuting (like me). It reminds me a lot of the food stalls on college campuses, a place you wouldn't go to unless it was convienent. That said, the food is very good and there are a lot options.

It has not been my month for dealing with bad handling of my debit card. Last week I ate at Ingredients and the food is okay, and not unreasonable in terms of cost for downtown Cincinnati.

The clerk at the time approached me, almost after my transaction with another clerk and said that she had made an error and needed my card to correct it.

My bank shows her correction rather clearly. My charge was 8.16. She charged me 88.16 AND THEN changed me another 8.16 when she grabbed my card back. I have an odd feeling they had to have noticed an overage of that much in her drawer at the end of her shift. Did they dig through and fix it? Nope., they just decided to keep my 88.16.

If you cannot trust a place to fairly charge you, you cannot trust them in any regard.

Great salad bat. It works like Chipotle where you go thru the line and name the ingredients you want in your salad. They also have a great pizza bar and grilled sandwich bar. It's a good lunch spot.

Friendly staff but not the best ingredients. I ordered a create your own salad and I believe the broccoli was blanched and the avocado was frozen (I couldn't stick my fork through it).

Depending on who you get to make your salad it can be good but if you get one of those disinterested, grouchy old Sistah's, you just want to get your food and go. If you get breakfast you can skip the grumpy ladies all togerher!

Staff is not concerned about helping customers. Apparently we must be an inconvenience. After waiting 5 mins to place my order with no one in front of me, I ordered oatmeal and berries for here. The cook slopped the oatmeal in a box instead of a bowl and slung it across the counter. The oatmeal was like glue. Not even editable. Disappointed at best.

Not a giant fan, though there is a good selection available. If it's busy it can be hard to even figure out where/how to order, or what disorganized line to stand in. Almost induces stress just trying to order once you get that far. And all in all, a bit more expensive than I like, even for downtown.

Everyone who works here is so friendly! I ate here for breakfast. I also really like the fact the eggs taste real and not like that weird rubbery egg constistency a lot of other breakfast places have.
