I had an Egg BLT and it was delicious‼️ Made fresh, served hot off the grill. Fast and friendly service. I definitely give this place five stars‼️ I’ll be back soon‼️

As someone who travels frequently for work I am always looking for a healthy or healthier option. I went to Ingredients the first day I was in Cincinnati and loved it. There are so many different options and combinations you can choose from and it helps that it is close to the convention center!

The open at 6am! Food and service is ready, you can order eggs, omelets...hot food or if you prefer they have croissants, bagels, muffins, etc. Service is fats and pleasant.

Great food, self service place. The guy, who makes those yammy breakfast casadias, does a really good job. Thanks for an awesome early morning experience!!

Best Salad option downtown period. They are very quick in assembling it and there are a wide variety of options. The pick your own allows you to make a different salad every time or to create your own favorite. The portions are pretty generous, and the only downside is it is a little expensive but it is always very filling and surprisingly delicious.

Best salad I've had in a long time with so many fabulous ingredients to choose from! Absolutely love it. Far superior to any other salad place I've been. If I lived in Cincinnati, I'd eat there at least once a week.

$11 for 2 overeasy eggs hash browns toast and sausage... The eggs were cooked properly the hash browns were good. The sausage was below average. The service was bad. The cook that took my order was rude like someone who just got out of prison. The cashier was snotty. All in all way overpriced and the Ingredients are not special

I loved this restaurant and would come regularly until today. I came at 1:30 in the afternoon and was ignored by the guys behind the counter, and watched one of them leave lettuce sitting on top of a trash can, but that was the lucky batch of lettuce as he then went and wiped the mats on top of the book case that held the rest of lettuce and proceeded to wipe those mats down into the lettuce. When I asked to speak to a manager, she told me that she was going to a meeting with the chef and would address it then. But she was going to let the contaminated lettuce be served to patrons. Just gross!!!

I stay at the Westin frequently for work. I tried buying two hard-boiled eggs for lunch. The cashier didn't know how to ring them up, so she told me to leave so she could help other customers. No big deal. I figured a manager could ring up my eggs. When I saw the manager, she charged me full price for my two hard boiled eggs. I recommend eating elsewhere.

Best coffee. Quick, attentive service. Iced cafe mocha was perfect. Clean place. I stopped in here before leaving my hotel so I didn't sit down but the dining area looked like a good place for breakfast or lunch.
