Great coffee shop! Coffee was good, toast was good, staff was very friendly and helpful! The only con was I think the price of the toast was a little on the high side ($8 for one slice)

This place is so delicious. I stopped here after visiting friends in the area on my way out of town and chose it cause it’s so close to 71. I got their seasonal lavender and honeysuckle latte and the person at the counter recommended the rosemary goat cheese toast which were both SOOO yummy. I will be back whenever in town. And the person I spoke to at the register was so nice. Cute atmosphere and lots of choices for food and different types of flavorful drinks. Highly recommend the lavender honeysuckle latte! I’ve never seen anything like that and it was so good.

I was having my car in for service a few weeks ago and happen to go into Cream and Sugar Coffeehouse while I waited for my car. Coffee was excellent first and foremost, but also the Atmosphere was very comfortable and relaxing. They seem to have a lot of regulars as well, which is always a good sign. I would highly recommend this coffee house.

Such a nice and friendly environment. The London Lavender Fog with oat milk is so delicious! 10/10 would recommend

I've been wanting to go here for quite a while, and it lived up to and beyond all expectations. The employees were so kind and personable. The atmosphere was cozy, calming, and creative. My chai latte was delicious, and my husband's drip coffee was some of the best we've tasted since moving back to Cincinnati. Please support this coffee shop! They are doing everything right!💓

My favorite coffee shop in Cincinnati these days! The cappuccino is always smooth and not bitter. The yogurt with bananas and coconut is so yum, simple & healthy. Love love.

Coffee was OK. 12pm 4/12/23 The black bald guy who served my order was so rude to me. Condescending me and belittling me as I placed my order. He sought to humiliate me when I told him the amount of cream and sugar I wanted in my coffee. He then proceeded by telling me that he would have to pour out my coffee and huffed and puffed as he went to grab creamer from the fridge.. I only asked for 3 cream and 3 sugar….. Interestingly enough I think the guy who came in after me noticed his treatment towards me by his facial expression.

Sat outside and most of their tables and chairs were chained… Their $3 daily brew is more than Starbucks. Anyway, won’t be returning.

Absolutely a great place to grab some coffee, tea, smoothies, Danish, free Wi-Fi.. lounge inside (social distancing) or enjoy a cool breeze & chat with friends & family outside. Had a ball "Buy Black Thursday" today . Had a great time with friends from "Urban League" Andrea & Valerie... staff were super. Thanks Coy, Lem, Lauren, & Rashaan

I really love their coffee, for one reason it’s one of the few places around that has light roast. The food is good as well, and the owners are really nice people. It’s my go-to coffee place in my neighborhood for sure.
