Liked this place a lot! Went here for the first time with some friends last month. Plenty of comfy places to sit down and enjoy your drinks with each other. Lots of drink options too, there’s something for everybody here. A little bit pricy but worth it. Will come here again.

The food and drinks are great! Asking the customer directly for a tip is very awkward and unprofessional though

Love everything about this place, the food, the coffees, the staff. I have always had an amazing experience here & really appreciate finally having a quality coffee shop w/ a drive thru on the Westside!

Let me start by saying I Love Biggby coffee. This location just needs a little work when it comes to keeping the drive thru moving. If someone orders food it usually takes awhile and instead of having them pull forward into an open spot or something, you have to wait forever behind them. Its a small location to begin with, so a long line in the drive thru takes up the whole entrance. Don't go to the drive thru in the morning unless you have an extra 15min to spare to wait in line.

Their bagel sammies are the bomb. I also like the oat and honey latte 🤤

Excellent food, drinks and service plus a frequent flyer reward card. New to town and I like it. Remember to tip your barista.

I had not ever been to bigby before. I ordered my food and pulled to the window to pay. My order was 4 dollars and some change and then the drive thru attendee asked me if I wanted to put a tip on my card. I found this to be rude and made me feel like I needed to tip. When you go to Dunkin, mcdonald's, wendy's, etc.. you never get asked do you want to tip? Isn't it their job to hand me the food I paid for? I do tip and often but to be asked ,was stepping over the line for me. I'll continue to go across the street to Dunkin and won't ever return and I'll let my friends know about this akward situation.

I went to BIGGBY today on a whim. What a pleasant surprise! I was greeted warmly by three staff members. My PSL with almond milk was to die for! Seriously better than Starbucks. I, also, tried their bacon, egg and cheese on a multigrain bagel. So yummy! I will be back.

They are good and fast, but dont put nearly enough sugar in their coffee. It is extremely bitter and can only taste the bitterness. I got toasted coconut but only taste bitter.
