mellisa or marissa was rude. she needs to be fired. unacceptable, I only pay with cash and she made a big deal out of it and said to a co worker i was broke, shame on her, rolled her eyes several times also . parking sucks also

I love the coffee and I'm a regular but it shouldn't take 30 minutes with two cars ahead of me in the Drive-Thru.

Love this location. Everyone there is always friendly. They make my coffee exactly the same every time. Recommend anyone who lives coffe to go there you won't regret it!

My first time trying BIGGBY COFFEE and glad I did...Ice coffee on point! Taste the way ice coffee should taste....."like ice coffee" not too sweet & just the right amount of creamer so I CAN TASTE THE COFFEE! This is now my go to coffee spot 🙌🏾🥰❣️......oh &

I was with relatives and said that I wanted coffee, DD for example. This started a war. We ended up here where I've never been before. Service was prompt. There were plenty of places to sit. The coffee was good and so was the pastry I ordered. Everyone seemed to like what they got. No donuts though.

Good place for the morning coffee and breakfast. Nice sitting and helping staff. In the morning time its little longer wait time and specially if you wanna dine-in, its little less parking space and sometime its full.

This location used to be my favorite. Right when it opened it was always so good. Now this summer they must have gotten new staffing because almost every single time I go, the coffee tastes like water or like straight milk or the bottom of a coffee barrel. I don’t know if the workers just don’t know how to make it right but I have been extremely disappointed by the coffee here for the past three months. The staff is nice though but they did mess up my order and size of my cup and when I tried to talk to them ab it being corrected it was extremely awkward and the staff made it obvious they just thought it was inconveniencing that I came back. Biggby is my favorite coffee shop out of them all and I’d like to keep it that way so I will not be attending this shop again.

I was racially ignored while standing in the line waiting to order coffee. It was my first time visiting this establishment and I was the only black costumer at the moment. I had already waited 5 minutes due to the 2 customers in front of me. When it was my turn to order, the cashier looked at me and took the drawer of money out and went to the back without saying, "I'll be with you shortly," or something!!! Just left me standing there!!! So I walked out because I was on my break and didn't have time to deal with the poor treatment! Never will go back!! This location is not African American friendly so with that being said, STAY AWAY!!!!! Sad!!!! What a hell of a first time visit!

Great coffee. Service was a little slow and the parking lot is an absolute nightmare.

Do not, I repeat, do not use the drive thru. Thank heavens the latte was delicious.
