Best store to be put in downtown Castalia in decades!! Their coffee is amazing and the best part is the teenagers have a safe place to meet up after school and do homework.

It's fairly cheap and a nice little spot to visit once or twice but the food doesn't stand out. It's good but not great and nothing special to keep you coming back compared to other mom n pop diners. The service is always excellent and the atmosphere is positive.

Great seafood buffet!! $49 and you get all you can eat crab legs, shrimp, mussels, clams, WITH homemade desserts 😍 Great food and friendly staff! Will definitely be going back

Me and my boyfriend came in here because we were going though Castalia and were superhungry. We had never been to Cold Creek Cafe, but thought we could grab a quick sandwich and a coffee. We walked in, the host asked it we had a reservation. We curiously exchanged glaces and told him no... He said that was fine and we were seated. We had no idea (and weren't even told) that it was a buffet. I don't like seafood, and could tell by the items that it was going to be expensive. We awkwardly ate very little anyway and almost choked when we got the $98 tab. It was our fault for not asking, but they seriously should have told us it was a buffet and a super expensive one at that! Oh well. Lesson learned, and at least the server gave us to-go coffees.
