Muggswigz Coffee & Tea

It is stupid how much better this is than chain store coffee. The staff at the location rock, the price point is affordable, and the coffee/tea and snacks are amazing.

If I got the same things at Starbucks it would have cost 30 dollars and not tasted as good.

I love Muggswigz Coffee. I used to have to drive downtown to get it. So glad they opened a spot in Jackson. I really enjoy the people picker upper. It is like a mocha but with a lavender syrup. It will definitely get your heart pumping. Never had anything like it anywhere else. It is a seasonal drink. They can only get the syrup sometimes. I've had it in December and March. The service is great and the setting is nice. Stop by if you never have! Beats the Starbucks drive thru traffic!

Really delicious coffee with a friendly atmosphere. I don't come here as often as I should but when I do I always enjoy myself. I love that the baristas are knowledgeable about the different types of drinks and flavors and it makes me extremely happy that they support local artists by displaying art by them on their walls.

A friend recommended Muggswigz and I cannot express enough how enjoyable this place is. Their coffee is so delicate and delicious. The atmosphere is welcoming. Staff is always so friendly & knowledgeable on customer drinks. A nice treat to the area - worth every penny. Plus - support local!!

A local favorite coffee shop. Can be a little pricey, but is well worth it. Always get great service and Wonderful coffee. Never had a bad experience or drink here. Also has a some pastries or treats. Staff is always friendly and the environment is great.

An awesome coffee shop experience. All batistas are trained to properly prepare all types of coffee and tea. Coffee is roasted locally at their Canton, Ohio location and promptly served in their shops. I've been coming for years to get my whole beans to make coffee at home. Nearly everything sold is homemade from their syrups to their whipped cream! Their pastries are also a great choice to pair with your drink!

They had amazing teas in a variety of flavors and blends as well as coffee and shakes. Be careful of the fruity blends if you have fruit allergies though. I had a reaction to a fruity tea blend called Harmony Tisane. Was tasty though. 10/10 would recommend

Very high-quality tea and coffee, knowledgeable and friendly staff, plus charming ambiance all set to calming music. If I didn't live in Baltimore, I would be a regular.

Since someone mentioned it was National Coffee Day I wanted to try someplace new. Your staff was knowledgeable about your product and offered me my choice of an Italian Macchiato or the Latte version... (Thank you for having both) they also helped my teenage son find something he would drink. I haven't had coffee that good since I had coffee when I was in Haiti.. Your espresso is beautiful and flavorful.. I'm so thankful to have a place so close to home that serves such great coffee..
