I contacted Artisan Floral and Gift Boutique to order a flower arrangement for a funeral service. I phoned in my order, due to living out of state. The assistant was very knowledgeable and helped me design an arrangement for my needs. Due to Covid and the family's private ceremony, I wasn't going to be able to attend or actually see the arrangement. The owner texted me a picture of it, prior to sending. It was well-designed and beautifully arranged. They go above and beyond! I highly recommend Artisan!

I never knew that they had a cafe for the longest time. Coffee and food are pretty good, love the breakfast croissants. They also sell local honey from Ney. They give you a stamp card, they stamp twice on Monday.

I always love my weekly trip here for a bubble tea, because they give you a stamp card and on Monday it's worth 2 stamps, they make some great bubble tea, and it is cool to look at all the flowers, and the other various things they have for sale

My husband brought me home an arrangement from here for $37 and change. It had 3 roses, 1 lily, some carnations and babys breath in a $1 tin. I gave him a kiss, said thank you and read the inserted card, which is how to take care of them. It said to use a floral solution to extend the life of the arrangement. I am not sure if someone was supposed to include a packet for free or is there an extra charge? I am sorry but for that much money one should be included or at least offered for purchase because we are not the professionals. It has been 3 days and my $37 arrangement is turning brown already, I am disappointed to say the least, I do not care if it was valentines day and you were just so freaking busy, if/when I finish nursing school I will take a page out of your book and see how well that serves my profession, I hinted to him for next year that the $15.99 a dozen roses at walmart are so beautiful and a great value.
