Love the cheesy hashbrown bagel! R2D2 delivery

I was at the DD here in BG and I was so excited to finally get a brownie batter donut (Last time they were out). Apparently too many people love it as much as I do and they were out AGAIN!!! Being funny I cried out a big "NOOOOOO I'll take the other specialty donut then". I drove away only to find not one but TWO specialty donuts waiting for me! This is why I love them. If I knew the employee's name I would give them a SO but I didn't save the receipt...

Staff there made racist remarks towards me and my family, were rude, took their time and the manager especially made us feel uncomfortable with his aggressive language. Will not be returning

Bought 4 apple fritters. They were stale; dry; with no apple pieces. Second time I got stale donuts. Need to go back to baking fresh donuts. It's better to keep higher standards and raise prices than to lower quality in order to keep prices lower. Bad move. Unfortunately, this generation does not have anything to compare difference between fresh and stale.

My dad works in the building next to it , and the manger is so rude and would to serve a bigger person ( one of my dads students) and if you have seen her she is big. They also never get are order right and it takes for ever. Also the manger spends a lot of time smoking with coworkers near a sign that says not smoking.

This establishment refused to serve us after we repeatedly got cut off and our place was taken in the line. There also was a line out of the doors which was completely reasonable but we were not informed what the limits were or when we could enter so there was no way for us to know. Staff was extremely rude and unwilling to assist in the situation.

Good prices, portions are solid. Line is always super scary long but it never takes more than 10-20 minutes to get in and out. No real complaints here. No drive through, campus dining.

Order has been wrong without flaw thus far. Good food just not what you asked for.

I like einsteins but this location foesnt have the really good grourmet bagels like cinnamon crunch, french toast, apple pie flavors

They also dont spred the butter on your toasted bagel when you order it to go. Like just put it on the bagel

I stopped for lunch Sunday to order a sandwich and coffee. The coffee was quick. I was patiently reading a book while a trembling built up in my stomach. Looking at the clock it had been a half hour. I had to wave down someone behind the counter as if I were the last survivor of a crashed plane on a tropical island. Eventually getting their attention I was rewarded with a cold, dejected bacon egg and cheese sandwich. The cheese had even rehardened as it sat forgotten in some corner of the Dunkin as I awaited it. Unlike reunited lovers, this union was bittersweet and cold.
