Really good bagels. Got the breakfast bagels. One was the all nighter and one was ham and cheese. All nighter was awesome. Ham and cheese was good but very plain.
Got some extra bagels to go with a side of cream cheese. Side of cream cheese was 1.50 and was very very small and a total ripoff. Not worth it at all. Other than that Great bagel place.
Was super busy when we went. They were filling robots up and online orders like crazy. At 11am on Saturday.
There was 20 minute only parking. Out front but it took us more than that to get our order.

This Einstein Bros. Bagels is on the Bowling Green College Campus. This Einstein appears to have students as the majority of employees. The employees are not concerned with customer service probably because the majority of customers are students. The store is small and can get very loud due to music and students trying to have conversations over music. I could not hear the cashier repeat my order and I could not hear the cahier answers my questions about the menu. I was skipped over 3 times before getting my order. The manager or morning supervisor did step in because she saw my order was getting skipped. However, no apology for the confusion by their staff. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches and had to wait 30 minutes for my order to be completed.

Pretty good quick food from a fast food breakfast place. My Nova Lox bagel wasn’t w/toasted, was light on salmon and I could count the capers on one hand. Rest of food and coffee were pretty good.

They absolutely refuse to put lox on an everything bagel. When ordered the person at the counter says, "We can't do that, we can only put it on a plain bagel." I asked for the fixings on the side and the bagel separate... "We can't do that, either..." Claiming being a franchise forbids them from putting the fixings on the bagel of choice. Its a major disappointment having a shop that has a food I crave, but its outside of the scope of management and staff to simply put some salmon on a different bagel.

Coffee is ok. I've now had 2 different cold brews here. I've had better cold brews elsewhere, but they are drinkable. Bagels are great. Unfortunately the Einstein name doesn't mean much here. It is owned by BGSU dining- so forget about using rewards or the Einstein app. I will be back for Bagels when I feel like a bagel. We will get coffee somewhere else (Grounds For Thought, Flatlands, and even Starbucks is better, IMO). Without the benefit of the Einstein app, this is only really beneficial to BG students and their dining plan. What a shame.

Good bagels but youd think with 7 people back there and half of then standing there on their phones that it wouldnt take 40 minutes to get a bagel when the app said 15. Made me late for my plans and really regretted getting bagels

Couldn’t use rewards here. Service was bad (plenty of staff) and staff weren’t friendly at all… wait was long and bagel was cold (toasted) and not that great. Don’t recommend.

They are super slow. I’ve ordered my food and it said 17 minutes and then it took like 30 mins to actually come out. My food was cold and soggy. They need more employees or a better system

The worst dunkin experience I have ever had. It took 20 minutes (literally) to get a sourdough breakfast sandwich. Many customers got food before ours came out. When asking about the wait time we were just told “it’s coming.” The manager rolled her eyes when I asked the final time and even though the sandwich was in her hand. They were not understaffed and were not busy. Will not be returning for further business. If no stars were an option that would be my rating.

Food is amazing, and service is usually great, but playing Russian roulette on if your food will take 5 minutes or 30 isn't the most pleasant way to spend your afternoons
