blossom juicy bar( Fairfield mall)

I went to the counter. Three employees were working. They saw me and didn’t acknowledge me and proceeded to talk about their drama. One worker tells the other two to get me and they walk to the back. A few seconds later someone from the back finally acknowledges me. I love the drinks here but the customer service needs a lot of improvement.

Seems very weeb in the atmosphere. Employees are nice. I didnt like my mango smoothie.

Personally I’ve had better tea flavor I don’t know if it was just the flavor but the only perks were it was cheap and fast. The boba isn’t made by them so can’t really say anything on that other than the fact they order from a good boba distributor. Moral of the story possibly would go back just not to get the banana flavored fruit tea.

Horrible service, never have anything in stock and charged for orders that weren’t filled, lied saying they tried to contact us when they never did. Tried ordering 4 times on different days with no luck and charged every time. Do not waste your money here.

Im a regular here and every time the staff is super nice and are now even starting to remember my order :) They're fast, friendly, and the order is always right

I am from California and i found difficult to get authentic boba tea until I went to this store. Drink was great and I definitely coming back to this store

Very good items!!! Lots of choices and good staff!:) I usually get the Honeydew Milk Tea with popping boba

Cashier and other coworker had the driest personalities you could imagine. Bobba was not good and tea was not good. I got a milk tea and my mother got a fruit tea somehow both tasted like cough syrup. Probably the worst boba tea I've ever had.

The woman working was super helpful, patient and had great suggestions! The tea was delicious!
