Good place for Boba and Milk Tea. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. Please do inquire about sizes and prices. I requested an item on the “Top 10” menu, that was advertised an being available in either a medium, large or super. When I placed my order for a “medium” I was informed that the drink I requested was only available in the “large” size. I pointed out the menu, the told me that that was outdated after confirming with another employee. This was my first visit, although there was only a $0.50 price difference I didn’t want to be stuck with a large amount of drink that I’d never tried.

Service was friendly and polite! The drink I ordered tasted wonderful (Matcha Milk tea). Would definitely come back to try more

Place located inside Fairfield Mall. Fast and friendly service, and price is reasonable. One reason why they don’t earn 5 stars from us today is: drinks are a bit much sugar. If they mix these drinks with a just a little less sugar, that would be perfect! Thanks and be back for more next time.

I come here often. I love getting their Iced Milk teas with popping bubbles or getting Mixed Fruit Smoothies. They are always kind and helpful even when busy! My favorite/No. 1 place to go for boba tea.

I’ve been a regular here for awhile now. The regular staff here has always been really efficient at getting drinks out and really nice to guests. I don’t know what was going on today but I’ve never had to wait this long for a drink. And then it didn’t even taste as good as it normally does. I only saw one of the regular workers today, so if you’re introducing in new staff I would make sure they’re being properly trained.

Ehh, I ordered 4 drinks total and for some reason my daughter gets hers.. then 3 other people from behind me get theirs… then I got 2 of my drinks… then more people from behind me get theirs then I get mine. 2 of my orders didn’t have the mango popping in it so I asked the staff that we didn’t get it in the 2 drinks… and she was rude like it was my fault. I wouldn’t go back again and will tell my friends that the customer service is horrible… like they all hate their jobs. Took too long and they don’t make the drinks in order. They need to stop hiring kids to run restaurants. 1 star for the customer service today.

I love this place it's small and gets really busy on the weekends, but it's worth it

Usually the drink shops in malls will be very normal as they don’t get related customers. But I was pleasantly surprised to see the quality and service of this shop when I ordered Taro milk tea. Boba tea is top notch. Definitely coming back

Amazing service and the drinks arevto die for. I wanted to order all the drinks on the menu but I started with 2. My next appt to physical therapy I'll stop by for try 2 more ...each time lol.

My daughter and I come her once a week as our treat out! Employees are always really friendly, even during rushes. My drinks are always fantastic!
