A Walk In The Park Cafe

The breakfast was wonderful. Great cup of coffee and the service was really exceptional. The outdoor vibe was so charming. I like it!

Poor customer service, long wait times for food, waited over a half hour and had to walk out to get to work, my clothes smell like grease from sitting in there, employees wanna raise their voice when you ask how much longer, said it was cause they were down a cook while two other employees sat around talking. Wish it was better because it's in walking distance but not my first bad experience there, not going back.

NO SIGN TELLING YOU TO PAY BEFORE SITTING OR YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE MADE.

The instructions are at the bottom of a long receipt you get from their preorder terminal, in fine print below the suggested taxes.

Needless to say I didn't have time to eat after waiting, thinking they were making my food.

.No. Unless you JUST changed it, the terminal tells you to have a seat and your order will be brought to you. ALSO If you read the review you would see that I said it's on the receipt AT THE BOTTOM.
Blaming the customer is not the answer here. Improving your process is the direction you want to go here... add those instructions to the chalkboard sign telling customers to preorder.

Delicious food in a wonderful environment. Kids and I loved it!

Always loved this place, until they started treating it like a traditional restaurant. Service has not been great - I will limit my visits from now on. Could not get anyone to come back to my table to check up, my muffin was frozen. I waited so long it started to warm itself.😟

This is one of my absolute favorite places to eat. I often meet there for breakfast with several friends I met a while back. We love it! There is not a bad thing on the menu. I occasionally order a lunch item to go. I have been very impressed. You can order at the counter, or they will come to you, and take your order. The service is excellent.The place is very well decorated, which makes for a great atmosphere. There is always something going on. They do a lot of business there. They have free WiFi, which I always take advantage of. And you can rent the cafe for private events. Oh, and there is a large outdoor patio available.

A walk in the park Cafe is a very nice restaurant with a wonderfully pleasing aesthetic that is frequently changing. The food is most of the time very good with the occasional mishap as with any restaurant. I usually come here to order breakfast and the bang for the buck cannot be beat with large tasty meals for cheap. My only complaint is that the place is usually in a state of disarray and is sometimes a bit dirty on the floor. If someone kept up with cleaning more I would give 5 stars, but I would still highly recommend them to anyone looking for a cheap delicious meal.

The food is delicious, the inside and outside are so fun, and the staff was friendly! Our pup loved her meal and the beautiful patio area.

Love this little hidden gem. Good food and good coffee. The inside is like entering a fairy tale. I love the fantasy vibe. Very cool little place. The art and amazing food makes it a wonderful experience all together. I highly recommend checking it out.
