Awesome place for kids gifts. There was a bunch of unique stuff that any kid would love to have. 🤗😉

I love the Cafe and the book selection is good as well as movies and other things. They offer good discounts and their memebership is reasonably priced, however, I feel like they slightly over charge for being one of the few places that sell popular books.

I had the best associate not only help me find what I was looking for but also suggested other titles that were similar. The store was well stocked and enjoyable to shop in.

My fiance’ recently purchased a pair of Mini-mouse head phones for my daughter from the Minot store. They worked for a day and shorted out with in 48 hours. We called to ask if we could exchange them and they said of course however they had none left in the store and they explained they would have to ship it which could take 2-3 weeks. Fortunately the associate we spoke with went above and beyond and called stores with in the area to ask if they had any they could ship to the Minot store. Sure enough he found a store in Minnesota who said they would have them delivered with in 2-3 days. I am extremely impressed with the customer service and if I knew the gentlemen’s name who help us I would commend him. Thank you for the great experience!

It's a bookstore, most are a little overpriced and this one is certainly no exception. Honestly, for such a massive chain, you think they could lower their prices.

its no surprise that B & N failed as a bookretailer. I tried to use their online site to order two books for a birthday gift for family in BC. The website is clunky and burdened with sale suggestions for bestsellers ( not what I was looking for) and overlapping page sections and a search function that is slowed down with too many layers. The user is constantly redirected and forced down prestructured pages - ie the alphabetical list of authors which is only some of those available on the site. At checkout I was told that " one or more" of my books were not eligible for postage to BC ... BUT which one ??? Then my voucher was not valid for a third party purchase from OS .Many more problems and one hour of my life lost to trying to comply with a clunky system as well as being unable to delete my partial account set up ! Too many more problems to list here, basically I should have been more diligent in my searching. I ended up using Monroe,s bookstore and it took ten minutes to purchase my gift and have it sent on its way. That is howt online purchasing is meant to work.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! I ordered a new cold drink at this Starbucks. The barista handed me my drink and I walked to the condiment counter to find no straws. I went back, asked for a straw for my cold drinks and the barista says "sorry but Starbucks is moving towards no straws and youd have to order a frap." I replied " well I have sensitive teeth, she again says sorry...are you kidding me!!!!!!! Oh and about 4 guest eating in the cafe area had large cold drinks that looked like tea with green straws. With that being said, THANK YOU BURGER KING IN THE MALL FOR THE STRAW! Sorry Starbucks, another customer gone along with all those that can only drink through a straw!
