Best bathrooms in the mall that I have been too. Clean, hit water, paper towels, staff available, willing to help with a smile.

Amazing batista staff. Friendly, attentive, very helpful. I was shopping the mall around 6 or 7 in the evening and most of the food court and several of the smaller businesses were closing up shop already. All I wanted was a frappe and black coffee with no where to get it. I saw Barnes and Noble and the Starbucks sign and went in to see if it was still open. It was! Making me very happy. I wanted a S'mores frappe but that is not offered at Starbucks. The Baristas were super helpful with what they Did have that they could use to to help me get as close to what I wanted as possible. Because they were so Open and friendly and worked so diligently to fulfill my coffee wishes, they made my night. Next time I'm in that mall, I will be stopping again. For me customer service is #1, and this staff had it in spades.

Great children's books and even a theater stage.

I love the cafe here, it has become my favorite coffee shop in town. Its all because of the staff, every one of them are amazing! When I worked at the mall, stopping there became a highlight of my day. Just wanted to give my thanks to a great group of people!

Lots of books of course, but also games and a nice cafe with pretty decent coffee and friendly staff. Bookstore staff are helpful without being pushy or trying to force a sale which I like when perusing. Only drawback is the amount of stuff that is gimmicky IMO like Harry Potter toys and such, they have a large amount of that kind of merchandise. But they do order books that aren’t in stock and the Classics they sell with the pretty covers are very nice. Pretty good selection of magazines you can’t get elsewhere in Minot also.

Helpful staff made finding items and checking out very easy.

I really love the homeschool curriculum selection and the mystery section.

I have always loved Barnes and Noble. Just to look around at all the games and puzzles they have besides all the books in every subject imaginable. I always seem to find something interesting and fun

Always have a pleasant experience here, and I never leave empty handed! I love the idea of a blind date with a book, and totally grabbed one!
