The owner overworks his limited staff members. I’ve been in on Saturday nights multiple times when it is at their busiest times, and he only had two staff members working. There have been lines out the door and he left to go bowling with his brother. Incredibly unprofessional.
HOWEVER, the ice-cream is good, and the boba there is the best in town.

This place was fantastic! Being from monot looking for new places to try and this place did not disappoint. Super friendly staff who were super helpful and very courteous. If your looking for something new to try for gelato (ice cream)look no further cause this is it!

Our ABSOLUTE favorite place to go! The entire staff are amazing and so friendly! We love all the yummy gelato and the BOBA Teas! My favorite is the Honeydew Milk Tea with Crystal Boba yummy!!!

Very busy and makes sense because what they offer is delicious. I love their milk tea and boba and go often for it. I also love all the photo back drops that they offer. I like their descriptions by the register of each worker. I only rate 4 stars due to long wait and the fact owner says their cat is "bipolar". I would rather see the word "moody" used if thats what they mean. I hate seeing the word "bipolar" used as an adjective...

We always had this ice cream but last time I don’t know what happened it’s rally bad
We had pistachio before it’s color and milk now and mango is v less more sugar
Vv sad that there are v few shops in Fargo that has good ice cream but not any more ! Please fix it other wise no one will like your icecream

Used to be my favorite boba place! I’d go like 2-3 times a week, But they recently raised their prices. Very disappointed! Almost $15 for two “large,” boba milk teas that are more like a medium because the ice. Probably won’t be going here for boba anymore. Super bummed.

I got the Royal tea with tapioca pearls and it was AMAZING!! My little sister got the animal icecream as a pig and it was so cute and she said it tasted really good too! The workers were super nice!!! Will definitely go again!

I came it when it was super busy, the wait was long but well worth. The staff handled the big family in front quick and efficient. The lady who helped me was very polite, she helped me with my questions I had and gave me great recommendations. I was even offered help carrying my items too my car when I asked for a drink carrier it’s hard too find service that well . I will definitely be coming back when i get my next sweet tooth craving.

Always have a good experience here. I don't eat the Gelato, so I can't comment on that, but the drinks are always good. I typically stick to the Royal Milk Tea or the blended Java Chip coffee, which are always tasty. The staff are super nice and work very fast to make your drinks!

They also offer unique dry food items, like packaged spicy Ramen, candies, mochi and Kinder. Great place for a sweet treat!
