New owners, similar vibe and offerings. Competitive price and fun animal designs. Poster says soon serving hot drinks. Customer had a spill in front of the counter and when staff were informed, they quickly came out to clean up. Not overly busy and service was pretty fast.

Absolutely love this place. One of the best ice cream in town. They have other delicious things they serve. A must try. Cutest animal ice cream creations. Great flavors. Wonderful service. Overall, recommend this place with your kids or friends, partner etc. You won't be disappointed!

This was a most delicious stop. First time going and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Tons of patience with our kiddos too. Super cute treats and will be a new must stop when we are around Fargo. The snickers flavor was very much like a snickers but more nutty I loved it.

I can't speak to the Asian-inspired comments that some have made, but I do love gelato and can tell you that you won't be disappointed with their gelato. There are some unique animal-faced cone options for the kids, but just a scoop of Snickers gelato, a scoop of coffee gelato and a drizzle caramel topping (see picture) was perfect for me.

Kones is a really unique and interesting Asian inspired ice cream & dessert place. But I like that, it’s definitely a good thing.

There’s just so much fun to be had here, from the animal themed ice creams to bubble waffle cones, to sticky bun sandwiches and boba teas. You can’t find a ton of that in Fargo, let alone the Midwest, so it’s cool that Kones took it on.

The ice cream is actually quite good. The boba is alright- definitely be careful on the flavor you get. I’d stick with one of the milk teas, but those can also be achingly sweet. But all in all, I like everything. I’ve gone quite a bit in the short time I’ve been there, which usually speaks for itself.

You can also sit and play some bird games if you choose to dine in, and there’s some fun foreign candies and snacks for sale as well. Definitely a rare find in Fargo.

Nice little cute tea and ice cream place. I liked the delicious boba tea and the ice cream for what it was. Because the store is small, options are a little limited compared to the ones I like to go to downtown.

I do like that they don't skimp on the boba. They we're definitely generous in that regard. It's also nice when they're a little closer to where I live compared to downtown and open on Sunday.

Cons are, the tea is a little pricier compared to other places but I think we can say that's due to the convenience of the store's location for some.

As for the ice cream, you'd be better off buying some ice cream from Costco. The quality is much better and so is the price. In comparison, the ice cream quality at Kones isn't worth the price you pay for with how small the portion are. As for the flavors, they are limited and "okay". Nothing like I anticipated it to be like the price would suggest.

Update: always difficult to order on door dash with Kones. Often it's listed unavailable or they cancel my order. Very frustrating.

This place is so fun. Great vibe, staff are always so nice and helpful, and the food is awesome. I highly recommend the Royal Milk Tea bubble tea, the S'mores Bubble Waffle, and the chocolate gelato!

I do want to note, a lot of people say the "ice cream" is bland or not as creamy as they expected. This is because it is gelato, not ice cream. Ice cream uses cream, while gelato uses whole milk. This makes gelato a lot lighter and more refreshing than ice cream. I've tried multiple flavors and they have plenty of flavor. I think the issue is people expecting ice cream out of gelato. Just be aware and enjoy!!

Fabulous place with fun desserts. My kids had a blast with the character shaped ice cream. They also have board games to play. Everyone that works here is very nice. The gelato is great and tastes very good! Qe will come back again.

This place is small but awesome so many different options. I got the milk tea with tapioca pearls it was a little strong for me, but I think many people would enjoy I added a little cream and it was amazing!
