Drift Cafe Wrightsville Beach

Y’all, this place is fantastic! The coffee is the best in town and the food is so good! Very hard to find a good breakfast place that also has great coffee….this is it!

This place gave me some of the worst food poisoning ever. It sad such a terrible restaurant is at the place where such a great restaurant like the causeway cafe used to be. I got the pork breakfast burrito, and have been vomiting for the past 18 hours. It’s pathetic that such a terrible restaurant is in wrightsville

Nice place but can get pretty busy quickly. I love the area and the vibe of the place and the location.

Drift is what I consider a new age, or contemporary breakfast spot. It offers a spin on classical breakfast styles with non-traditional options. The food is a little more pricey than I expected but the food was really good. Service was decent, not diner like but not the most attentive staff.

I ordered Drift Big Brekkie and a cold brew that comes with alot of food and left not even a thought of not being full. Everything came out fast and well cooked. My only complaint was the cold brew serving size. It seemed like alot of glass and ice for the very costly drink. It was nice and smooth and tasted great but I felt like three sips and it was gone.

Amazing breakfast, great burgers and etc. Can be a bit crowded so be patient. Worth the wait.

The coffee is string with no bitterness, the service was fast, the food was sooooo good (we had the breakfast burrito and roasted potato plate) and the server was personable and engaging. Outstanding!!!

Cookie butter pancakes are everything you think they are

Very good but they are a tad too artsy. They won't make you an omelet at breakfast time. Odd. And paper straws are terrible!

Wilmington suffers from a lack of solid casual food options and DRIFT fills the void. Great casual, modern atmosphere, good service and very good food. French toast is delicious, fried chicken sandwich very good and salmon eggs Benedict also really tasty. I would have given it 5 Stars but they were out of so many items on the menu and the poached eggs on the Benedict were cold.
