Rockstar barista on staff 10/8 at 11:30AM. Place was packed, other staff seemed untrained, a million people asking him questions while he made drinks and he kept calm and made me the best latte.. props for the patience and quality!!!

I was there for a small group gathering and the staff was very friendly and helpful. This is a great local experience that appears as a hidden gem

Great coffee, coffee based mixed drinks and cocktails. Connected to a fantastic book store, Bookmarks, which allows you to browse with your drinks. Wonderful spot for private events with food served from Foothills restaurant. If you love Foothills but want a change of pace, this place is a great addition.

I love the vibe and the public LGBT+ support and how flexible the venue is from morning bakery to brewery at night. Visiting for a wedding this weekend but great people and good coffee; happy to support!!

My favorite stop for an afternoon tea or coffee pick me up when I'm in Winston looking for my next read. The iced jasmine tea lightly sweetened is a definite find.

Such a quint coffee shop and bar with an amazing bookstore attached. Could spend all day here!

Our high school reunion was hosted at this venue and it was an incredible experience. The staff at Footnote were professional and friendly and worked tirelessly to ensure everyone had everything we needed. This was our first experience there and we will definitely return. Footnote is a star in the crown of downtown Winston-Salem!

We invited all of our wedding guests to a pre-wedding Welcome Party at Footnote Coffee & Cocktails. Oh my - the place looked beautiful (all thanks to the Footnote staff) and the food and drinks were outstanding! They were also nice enough to let us crash their "getting ready" time for a wedding rehearsal. This was truly a wonderful way to kick off the wedding celebrations, and we just loved working with this team. Thanks so much!

Love this place! Great multi-function coffeeshop. Good for quiet reading, meetings, bro-hangs, etc. Not too loud. Usually.

Ever since the old manager, Anna, left, the coffee has been mediocre at best, and most of the staff have seemed unaware of how most of the services they offer work.
